Exceptional company.

We are in the communications business. We handle PR and crisis management for several well-known clients. This company handles all of our press releases destined for foreign markets and we have nothing but good things to say about them. To date, we have used this company to translate well-over 250 different source documents into 9 different languages. The results have been great every time. We have never had a bad result with the quality of the language or the adherence to overall message content. I was disappointed with the cost of my translation. I was recommended to use this company by a friend who told me he had a 5000 word documented translated for much less than what mine cost. I don’t understand how they could charge me so much more. Something doesn’t add up here. I have emailed the company to get an explanation before I pay my bill. I feel strongly that there has been an overbilling.

Without getting into the specifics of your actual project, we need to point out that the materials you sent to us were very technically advanced. If your friend received a lower cost for his translation, it was likely due to the fact that the materials he sent were straightforward and did not require the use of an industry expert. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate translations and we cannot in good conscious send technically advanced materials to a translator with no background in the subject matter. This results in inaccuracy and mistakes. Unfortunately, when we have to use an industry expert, the cost generally rises. These translators charge a premium because of their specific knowledge. If there was a misunderstanding in the quote we sent you, we will be happy to rectify the situation promptly, please let us know.

VERY VERY GOOD!

This company is my favorite translation provider. I use them almost weekly to translate materials from English to Chinese. They have provided me with a volume-based discount on multiple occasions and I have saved a considerable amount of money. This is very important to me because I run a small business and I can’t afford to pay the rates that other translations companies charge. The quality here is as good – or better – than what I have received elsewhere when paying much, much more.

I highly recommend this company.
