一、工程概况  Brief introduction of the project

本工程为中华人民共和国驻乌兹别克斯坦经商参处，工程位于乌兹别克斯坦首都塔什干市的中心地带，用地面积4080m2，该工程主要由综合办公楼、使馆宿舍、警卫接待室及发电机房四个单体建筑组成，总建筑面积约3330m2，本套图纸为综合办公楼子项工程图纸，其建筑面积为2180m2，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，地上二层，地下一层，基础形式采用梁板式筏形基础。
This project is Embassy of the P. R. China in Uzbekistan, which locates in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan, and the coverage area is 4080m2;  The project mostly consists of four mono buildings including comprehensive office building, embassy dormitory, guard reception room and generator room, and the gross building area is about 3330m2;  This drawing is the engineering drawing of comprehensive office building. Its building area is 2180m2 and the reinforced concrete frame structure is adopted with two floors overground and one floor underground. The foundation adopts beam slab type raft foundation.

9、本设计总依据建设单位所提供的《地质勘探报告》和气象资料进行设计的，由于两国之间相关技术，参数的描述方式不同，本设计同时参考了我国乌鲁木齐相关技术参数进行取值，如施工时发现设计取值有误，请及时通知设计人员做相应调整方可进行施工。
The project is designed according to the geologic survey report and meteorological data supplied by the construction unit. This design also refers to relative technique parameters of Urumchi owing to the different description mode of concerning technique and parameters between the two countries.  Provided any design value is found to be wrong, the designer shall be informed in time to make corresponding adjustment before the construction.
