The maximum hourly consumption of living hot water is 0.1m3/h. The water temperature is 55-60℃.  The designed hourly heat consumption is 8.5kw.
在地下层泵房设半容积式换热器供给生活热水，设循环泵强制循环。
The half storage type heat exchanger will be installed in the pump chamber at the subterranean floor to supply living hot water, with a circulating pump set to force water to circulate.
设电开水器供给饮用水。 The electric boiler is set to provide drinking water.

2. 排水系统  Drainage System

满足室内、室外的消防用水量。在屋顶水箱间内设置高位消防水箱，有效容积为6m3
The pump will meet the demand for both indoor and outdoor fire fighting water consumption. A high-level water tank with the effective capacity of 6m3 is set at the water tank chamber on the roof.
在泵房内设增压稳压装置一套，包括稳压泵2台，一用一备，有效水容积300L的气压罐一台。
A set of pressure enhancing and stabilizing apparatus will be installed in the pump chamber, including 2 pressure stabilizing pumps with one for use and the other for spare purpose, and a air-pressure tank with the effective water capacity of 300L.
