设计内容  Content of Design
1、给水热水系统：Water supply and hot water system:
生活用水由馆区外市政给水管网直供水水压约为0.25Mpa。
The living water is directly supplied by the municipal water supply network outside the embassy area, and the water pressure is around 0.25Mpa.
热水由办公楼集中供给，采用机械强制循环。
The central supply of hot water is provided from the office building with mechanically forced circulation.
2、排水，雨水系统  Drainage and rainwater system:
排水系统：室内污水经化粪池处理后，再排入市政污水管；
Drainage system: after treated in the septic tank, the indoor sewage will be discharged to the municipal sewage pipe;
雨水系统：屋面雨水采用外排水，详见建筑图纸。
Rainwater system: the external drainage is adopted for the rainwater on the roof, and details may be referred to in the architectural drawings.
3、按轻危险级放置2具3kg装磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器。

施工说明  Construction specification .
1、管材及接口  Tubular products and connectors.
生活给水管、生活热水管采用薄壁不锈钢管，环压式连接。
The living water supply pipes and living hot water pipes shall be thin-wall stainless steel pipes and joined by ring pressure connection.
污废水管采用柔性接口机制排水铸铁管，承插或卡箍连接。
The sanitary sewage pipes shall be cast-iron drainage conduits connected by such flexible joints as socket or clasp joints.
2、生活给水及热水管：管径≤50mm采用铜截止阀，管径＞50mm采用蝶阀或闸阀，公称压力1.0Mpa；采用DN50地漏，地漏与存水弯水封深度应大于等于50mm。
Living water and hot water pipes shall be equipped with copper cut-off valves if the pipes are ≤50mm in diameter, or with butterfly valves or gate valves if the pipes are ＞50mm in diameter, and the nominal pressure is 1.0MPa; DN50 floor drains will be adopted, and the depths of the floor drains and the trap water seals shall be more than 50mm.
3、卫生器具选型应满足室内装修要求，器具、五金配件、存水弯应成套供应，并应采用符合CJ164-2002标准要求的节水型产品。
The sanitary fixtures selected shall meet the interior decoration requirements, with the apparatus, the hardware accessories and the trap forming a complete set, and shall be the water-saving products that meet the requirements of the CJ164-2002 Standard.
4、其它施工要求参见办公楼及馆员宿舍说明。
