1.1 规程页面规格rule page specification
　　所有操作规程都由CRS设计工程师提供，操作规程格式选择为HTML文件格式，并且使用ID号和名称来标识。ID号用来唯一标识操作规程，名称用来概括说明操作规程的内容。All operation rules are provided by CRS design engineer, and its format is HTML file format marked with ID and title. ID is used to mark operation rule uniquely, title is used to summary the content of the rules.

SRS-2-1.规程页的格式 format of the rule page
　　有的规程页都设计为HTML文件格式，页面中包括具有特定功能的按钮控件、链接标识、文字和Checkbox等。All the rule pages are designed in HTML file format; it includes specific button control, link mark, string, Checkbox etc.

SRS-2-2.规程ID号ID of rule
　　　ID号是规程页的唯一标识，由字母和数字组成。ID命名规则由用户提供。ID is the unique mark of rule page, formed by letter and number. ID naming rule is provided by user.
　　　
SRS-2-3.规程页内的链接标识link mark of rule page
　　规程页中的链接标识包括超链接和链接控件两种。Link mark in rule page include hyperlink and link control.
　　超链接可以链接到其它规程页或页内标签位置，不提供对超链接方式的链接操作的记录功能；链接控件可以链接到其它规程页、报警卡以及模拟图，提供对链接控件方式的链接操作的记录功能。链接路径由操作规程设计者设定，链接标识不超过15个字符，所链接文件的路径长度不超过170个字符。Hyperlink could be linked to other rule page or tag in the page without record function of hyperlink operation; link control could be linked to other rule page, alarm card and analog figure with record function of link operation. Link path is designated by operation rule designer with no more than 15 letters link mark, and path length file linked do not exceed 170 characters.

    规程显示区域的分辨率为1280*850 pixels。Resolution of rule display area is 1280*850 pixels.
