功能描述及总体要求  Function description and general requirements

乘客信息及视频监控系统提供语音通信与语音广播，为乘客提供高质量的视音频和文本信息，以及为运营控制中心（OCC）提供视频监控和音频监听功能。通信和乘客信息及视频监控系统主要由以下部分组成（但不限于）：
Passenger information and video frequency supervisory control system supplies speech sound communication and speech sound broadcast, supplies high quality video and audio frequency and text information for the passengers, and supplies video frequency supervisory control and audio frequency snoop function for Operation Control Center (OCC). Communication and passenger information and video frequency supervisory control system mainly consist of the following parts (but not limit to):

系统具有电源功率瞬时损失自动恢复功能。
The system serves the function of automatic recovery for instantaneous loss of supply power.

投标人应保证由于车站站名的更改导致本系统的相关软件的更改不应增加费用。
The bidder shall make sure in case of change of corresponding software following change of station name, the expenses shall not be increased.
