要求在有蓄电池供电的情况下，一列车两端的司机室可以通话。在两列车重连时，四个司机室之间也可以互相通话。
In case of storage battery power supply,  intercommunication between driver’s cabs at both ends of the train can be performed. In case two trains are interconnected, intercommunication  among four driver’s cabs can also be performed.

要求在激活端，司机可以用麦克风对客室广播/通话。在两列车互连时，在激活端司机室可以对所有客室广播。
At active end, driver can broadcast /intercommunicate to passenger rooms with microphone.  In case two trains are interconnected, in the driver’s cab at active end,  can broadcast to all passenger rooms.

司机与乘客的对话  Dialog between driver and passengers
要求在客室出现紧急情况或突发事件时，乘客可按下设置在客室内应急对讲装置的紧急按钮，并通过按钮旁的内藏式对讲装置实现与司机的对话。
In case emergency or unexpected incident in a passenger room occurs, passengers can press emergency button of emergent intercommunicating device set up in the passenger room,  and intercommunicate to driver through built-in intercommunicating device near the button.

当紧急通话功能被激活时，系统自动触发车载视频监控系统（CCTV），将应急对讲装置对应的摄像图象显示在司机室和运营控制中心指定的监视器上。
When emergent  intercommunicating function is activate, the system will automatically trigger on-board video frequency supervisory control system (cctv), to make video corresponding to emergent intercommunicating device display on the monitors of driver’s cabs and appointed by operation control center.

列车上乘客发出的通话请求包括车厢编号需自动显示在司机室的触摸屏监视器上。监视器还需显示所有通话请求队列。当接收到乘客发出的通话请求或司机认为有必要对列车进行监听时，调度员应能激活通话连接。乘客发出通话请求时列车上应有光信号显示正在发出通话请求，并在司机室有声、光信号显示有通话请求到达。投标人提供具体方案由招标人确认。
Calling request sent by passengers, including car number must automatically be shown on the touch screen monitors in driver’s cabs. The monitors must also show queue of all calling requests. When receipting calling request from passengers or the driver believes snoop to the train is necessary, dispatcher shall activate intercommunicating connection. When a passenger gives calling request,  light signal on the train shall show calling request is sending, and sound and light signals showing calling request is arriving in driver’s cabs. The bidder shall provide typical plans for tenderee to confirm.
