无线电广播 Radio broadcasting

要求提供运营控制中心（OCC）通过客室喇叭对乘客广播的能力以及通过司机室喇叭对司机广播的能力。

数字化报站/关门警报  Digitized station announcement /door closing alarm

要求提供数字化报站/关门警报，用户可以直接用音源拷贝的方式方便地更改广播内容，其存储容量应足够大以满足用户的要求（应该保证以CD音质播放该线路整个运行周期的时长,至少1GB），每一条的广播内容大小以及条目数不能有限制。所有报站都应可从司机台操作或由ATS通过列车总线控制系统输出相应控制代码而激活或终止并可以确定当前所在位置。广播的内容要求用三种语言/方言（普通话，粤语和英语）。
By means of digitized station announcement /door closing alarm, the user can directly change broadcasting contents with voice source copy, the memory capacity shall be large enough to meet the user’s requirements (shall make sure time length of whole running period in the track with cd quality broadcast, at least 1gb), there shall be no limits to the contents of each broadcast or number of broadcasts. All station announcements shall be controlled at driver’s cab or activated or stopped by corresponding code sent by ats through train bus control system,  and can confirm current position. Broadcasting contents must be in three languages/dialect (putonghua, cantonese and english).

五种通信方式应有优先级别，在高级别的通信要求到来时，正在播送的低一级的通信应该立即中断。
There shall be priority level with five communication modes,  when communicating request with higher level comes, sending communication with lower level shall immediately be interrupted.

投标人应提交五种通信方式的优先级别的建议，买方应可以在设备上对优先级别进行修改。
The bidder shall provide advice about priority of five communication modes, the buyer shall be able to change priority level on equipment.
