投标人应保证列车广播系统所有设备在停电之后的45min内能够继续工作，实现上述五种通信方式。
The bidder shall make sure all devices of train broadcasting system can work normally and realize the above five communication modes in 45min after power cut.

应能根据客室里的噪声级别自动地动态调节喇叭的输出，喇叭音量应始终高于室内噪声10dB（可调整），但任何时候喇叭的输出音量不得高于90dB，最低不能低于70dB，要求对客室内环境噪音数据的采样时间间隔不大于3 s。

Train broadcasting system shall be designed based on high redundancy, in case train broadcasting controller at active end is faulty, the system shall be capable of auto switching,  to make train broadcasting controller at the other end take over functions of faulty controller.
