要求每节车厢提供客室应急对讲装置用于紧急情况下乘客向司机报警，一旦该按钮被触发，按钮旁的话筒就处于乘客与司机的双向通话的状态，同时触发视频监控系统将拍摄到的相应视频图像及音频视频合成后的影音文件存储在列车及控制中心视频监控系统（CCTV）的硬盘中，客室应急对讲装置要求如下（不限于以下功能）：
In each car,  there shall be an emergent intercommunicating device used for passengers to report alarm to driver in emergency, once the button is triggered, the loudspeaker near the button will be in state intercommunicating between passenger and driver, at the same time, video frequency supervisory control system is triggered to store shot corresponding video frequency image and video-audio files after video and audio are combined into hard disk of video frequency supervisory control system (cctv) of train and control center, the requirements for emergent intercommunicating device of passenger room are as follows (not limited to the following functions):

Performance requirements for recorder of emergent intercommunicating device:

列车应急对讲装置应设计具有一个紧急报警录音器，其记录介质应为通用闪存卡，闪存卡应方便拆卸，闪存卡不少与1GB。当紧急通话被激活后自动激活录音，以MP3的格式记录司机与乘客之间的谈话内容，司机复位紧急报警按钮时记录结束。记录器里文件应方便查找，所记录的MP3文件应以激活记录时间来命名。系统应以滚动存储方式保存数据（既先进先出 FIFO），并可方便的读取。投标人应提供方案供招标人确认。
The emergent intercommunicating device of train shall be designed with an emergent alarm recorder, its recording media shall be general flash memory card, which shall be easy to disassembly and no less than 1gb. When emergent intercommunication is active, recorder is automatically active,  and records conversation contents between driver and passengers in mp3 format,  when driver resets the emergent alarm button, record will end. Files in recorder shall be easy to look up, recorded mp3 files shall be named with active recorded time. The system shall store data with rolling storage (i.e., first-in first-out, fifo), and be easy to read. The bidder shall provide typical plans for tenderee to confirm.a
