接口协调管理  Interface harmonization and management
投标人应负责协调管理并解决车辆与车载无线通信系统设备之间的接口问题，其责任如下（但不限于）：
The bidder should be responsible for harmonizing, managing and solving the interface problems between vehicle and on-vehicle wireless communication system and equipments, its responsibilities include (but not limited to):

设计责任  Design responsibility
在设计阶段，投标人负责与车载通信设备子供货商协调并处理完成的工作内容如下（但不限于）：
At design stage, the bidder is responsible for harmonizing with sub-supplier of on-vehicle communication equipments, and handling below work (but not limited to):
1、投标人与通信系统供货商各自供货范围的澄清确认；
 Clarification and confirm of respective supply scope of the bidder and the communication system supplier.
2、各方接口工作程序和时间表的确定；
 Determination of each side interface work procedure and schedule.
3、共同采用的国际标准；
 International standards adopted together.
4、议定的每一列车车载通信所有设备以及其它系统车载设备的交货时间计划；
 Agreed delivery time plan of all the on-vehicle communication equipments of each train and the on-vehicle equipments of other system.
5、确定车载通信设备及其它系统车载设备的电气接口；
 Determination of electrical interface between on-vehicle communication equipments and on-vehicle equipments of other system.
6、确定车载通信设备及其它系统车载设备的机械接口；
Determination of mechanical interface between on-vehicle communication equipments and on-vehicle equipments of other system.
7、确定车载通信设备及其它系统车载设备的功能接口；
 Determination of function interface between on-vehicle communication equipments and on-vehicle equipments of other system.
8、车载设备与车辆总线的通信协议以及车载设备之间的通信协议；
 Communication protocol between on-vehicle equipments and vehicle bus and communication protocol between on-vehicle equipments.
9、车载通信设备布置及电缆连接图纸；
 Arrangement and cable connection drawing of on-vehicle communication equipments.
10、车载通信设备机械外形图；
 Mechanical outline drawing of on-vehicle communication equipments.
11、车载通信设备安装图；
Installation drawing of on-vehicle communication equipments.
12、电磁兼容性要求（应满足IEC62236、EN50155的要求）。
Electromagnetic compatibility requirements (requirements of IEC62236 and EN50155 should be met).
车载通信设备专用电缆应与列车电缆及其它车载系统设备电缆区分开。
Special cable for on-vehicle communication equipments should be differentiated with train cable and other on-vehicle system equipments cable.
