车载通信设备以及所有相应的附件（包括电缆插头）应由车载通信设备供货商根据双方议定的时间表分2至3批交货到投标人的工厂，并经车载通信设备供货商和投标人共同开箱检验证实无任何缺损后交投标人，由投标人负责安装。之后这些设备如有缺损，投标人须承担一切责任。所有列车的车载通信设备的安装应由投标人在车载通信设备供货商的直接督导下进行。
According to the schedule agreed by both sides, the on-vehicle communication equipments and all the accessories (including cable plugs)should be delivered to the bidder's factory by on-vehicle communication equipments supplier in two or three batches. After they are unpacked and inspected by the on-vehicle communication equipments supplier and the bidder together to confirm without any defects, they are turned over to the bidder, the bidder is responsible for installation.  Afterwards, if there is any defect of these equipments, the bidder should bear all the responsibilities.  All the on-vehicle communication equipments of the train should be installed by the bidder under the direct supervision of the on-vehicle communication equipments supplier.

In order to meet the vehicle function requirements in this chapter, the communication system supplier should supply a description for the on-vehicle communication equipments composition of No. 6 line, as a component of "Part 3, interface data" , the interface data will be supplied after the communication supplier is determined.
