测试  Testing
车载通信设备的测试由通信设备供应商完成，并由投标人确认。系统测试由投标人负责协调管理。
The testing of on-vehicle communication equipments should be completed by the communication equipments supplier, and be confirmed by the bidder.  The bidder should take the charge of management of system testing.

接口清单   Interface list
下表为车载通信系统与其它系统的接口（投标人应该管理所有接口，不限于下表所列）：
The below list is about interfaces between on-vehicle communication system and other systems (The bidder should manage all the interfaces, not limited to those listed below):

对于下表（实际的系统设备、线缆不限于下表）中非投标人供货范围的设备，投标人应提供合适的安装接口，并负责管理协调接口问题，确保实现全部所需功能。
For the equipments beyond supply scope of the bidder in below list (actual systems, equipments and cables are not limited to below list), the bidder should supply proper installation interfaces, and take the charge of interface problem to ensure all the necessary functions can be achieved.

应提交的文件  The documents which should be submitted
投标人要提供系统的技术方案及内容和总体系统的控制框图，来阐明建议的系统符合技术规格书的要求。要提供详细资料来详尽说明网络拓扑和方法。
The bidder should supply systematic technical proposal and content and functional block diagram of the total system to illuminate that the suggested system can meet the requirements of technical specifications.  The bidder should supply details to explain network topology and method in detail.
投标人要提交一份完整的、其建议的系统应用情况一览表和实际运用中达到的可靠性记录。
The bidder should submit a completed application list and the reliability record achieved in actual application about the suggested system.
投标人负责收集所有的本系统接口通信协议和管理软件，然后须全数提供给投标人。各个系统设备供应商需把各个接口之间的通信协议提供给投标人。
The bidder is responsible for collection of all the interface communication protocols and management software for this system. Then they should be supplied to the bidder totally. Each system and equipment supplier should supply the communication protocol between each interface to the bidder.
投标人提供系统设备的操作、维护、维修手册。
The bidder should supply the operation, maintenance and service manual of the systems and equipments.
