6.4.4.3. 如冷却系统采用强迫风冷方式,则冷却风机使用380VAC三相交流风机。
If the cooling system takes the way of forced air cooling, the cooling fan shall be 380VAC and 3 phase.
6.4.4.4. 必须提供以下参数和说明:Following parameters and descriptions shall be provided:
IGBT元件温度定额、散热器热效率、风道设计、风速、IGBT逆变器仿真计算。
