6.4.5. 噪音控制  Noise control
必须采取措施尽可能有效降低VVVF逆变器的噪音。
Measures shall be taken to effectively control the noise of VVVF inverter.
根据IEC61287 2.3.3表1关于噪声等级的规定，要求逆变器的噪声等级控制在等级D，即LPA <65Db.
According to the specification of noise level in table 1 of IEC61287 2.3.3, the noise level of inverter shall be grade D, i.e. LPA <65Db.

6.4.6. VVVF逆变器箱  Cabinet of VVVF inverter
6.4.6.1. VVVF逆变器箱体应为电镀铝合金或不锈钢箱体，并应可靠接地。
The cabinet of VVVF inverter shall be made of electroplated aluminum alloy or stainless steel, it must be earthed reliably.
6.4.6.2. 对维修人员的保护  Protect maintenance personnel
箱体外部应有“高压危险”、最小放电时间或类似的警示标志；
There shall be warning signs on exterior surface of cabinet such as “Danger! High voltage!”, the minimum discharge time;
6.4.6.3. 布线：Wiring:
（1）所有牵引设备的安装和布线应该考虑使这些设备中产生的电磁场尽可能抵消；
During installing all traction equipments and wiring, the electromagnetic field produced in these equipment shall try to be eliminated;
（2）带有强干扰源的设备或电缆必须集中布置，并且和低电压易干扰信号分开。
Those equipments or cables with strong interference source shall be arranged in concentration and separated from those low voltage interfering signals.
6.4.7. VVVF逆变器布置的一般要求  Basic requirements of arrangement of VVVF inverter
? VVVF逆变器的设计应为模块化，易于维修和更换。
The VVVF inverter shall be designed in modularization for the convenience of maintainability and replacement.
? 牵引控制单元（DCU）应装在附属的箱体中，控制板为插件结构或是带子板的母板，安装在VVVF箱体内。
The DCU shall be installed in attached cabinet, and the control panel shall be pluggable or it can be taken as a motherboard that many daughter boards can be plugged in it.
? IGBT门控板和牵引控制单元之间应采用光纤连接。
The gate control board of IGBT shall be connected with DCU by optical fibers.
