6.4.8. 试验  Test
6.4.8.1. 单个部件和组件的试验  Test to single part or assembly
根据IEC61287第2.4.3,在装入逆变器整机之前,逆变器所有元件和部件均应承受有关IEC标准规定的型式试验和例行试验。(IEC747,IEC571,IEC310,IEC384-4,IEC1071-1)

6.4.8.2. VVVF逆变器应按IEC61287-1:1995-07等有关标准执行。
The tests to VVVF inverter shall be carried out according to related standards of IEC61287-1:1995-07
6.4.8.3. 湿热试验应按IEC68-2-30(第二版)要求,对逆变器进行湿热试验12+12小时两个周期,然后考核逆变器的电气性能和表面处理。
According to the requirements of IEC68-2-30 (the second edition), the damp heat test to inverter shall be carried out in two continuous 12-hour periods, then check the behavior of electricity and surface treatment.
6.5 牵引控制单元DCU  Drag control unit (DCU)
6.5.1. 一般要求  General requirements
6.5.1.1. 每一个牵引逆变器配备一个牵引控制单元DCU。
Every traction inverter shall be equipped with a DCU.
6.5.1.2. 牵引控制单元DCU为微机控制系统,其CPU采用32位或更高位的高速微处理器,带信号处理器。
The DCU is a microcomputer control system, the CPU of which is a 32-bit or higher-order high speed microprocessor.
6.5.1.3. DCU与总线系统连接原则: Principles of connecting DCU and bus system:
1、 原则上DCU通过I/O接口与车辆总线连接;
In principle, the DCU shall be connected with bus line by I/O interface;
2、 重要的控制信号,如:牵引/制动指令、参考值等须通过硬连线输入至DCU和制动系统,其中参考值信号以PWM方式传递;另外亦通过车辆总线把这些信号同时送至DCU和制动系统做为冗余备份。正常情况以硬连线的控制信号优先,当硬连线信号出现中断时,系统自动识别并以车辆总线作控制的冗余备份。
The important control signals such as traction/braking command and reference values shall be transmitted by hard wiring to the DCU and brake system, the reference values will be transmitted in way of PWM; In addition, these signals can be also transmitted through bus line to the DCU and brake system and stored as a backup. In normal condition, the hard wiring will be firstly used for transferring control signals. If the signals transferred by hardwiring are interrupted, the system will automatically recognize it and the bus line will be used for signal transmission, these signals will be taken as a backup.
