6.7.1. 概述  General
轴上有用于牵引、制动、ATO车载设备的速度传感器。速度传感器数量、安装位置由车辆供货商进行合理分配，速度传感器脉冲数量必须满足列车控制精度要求。
There are velocity sensors for traction, braking and ATO on-vehicle equipments.  The quantity and installation positions of velocity sensors shall be arranged appropriately by the supplier. The pulse number of velocity sensor shall meet the accuracy specifications of train control.

6.7.2. 在车辆子系统上用于同一目的的速度传感器应可完全互换，安装时尽可能不采用垫片和调整，检查和更换时应容易接近。

At any time, the pulse number of velocity sensor shall be always matched with the rotating speed of shaft.  There shall be at least 110 pulses output for one circle of shaft. The pulse number of velocity sensor can be also determined by the seller according to specific requirements.
6.7.4. 在速度传感器出线端和线束进入车体的进线端，应分别设置水密性接线盒。传感器的信号线应采用屏蔽线。
There shall be a watertight terminal box at the outlet terminal of velocity sensor and the inlet terminal of lines coming into vehicle respectively.  The signal line of velocity sensor shall be shielded.
6.7.5. 速度传感器的电源输入端应有输入电源极性的保护。
The polarity of input power for the velocity sensor shall be protected.
6.7.6. 当传感器工作时应有自测试的功能，该功能可由DCU实现。
The velocity sensor shall be able to be self-tested during operation, which will be realized by DCU.
