1.2.8.2   Standby Power Supply  备用电源
Standby power supply voltage rating of Nuclear Power Plant will be 220 kV. The auxiliary power consists of two circuit, including: 30km long Haifa-Site and 45km long Chedao-Site.

1.2.8.3   Construction Power Supply  施工电源
Voltage rating of construction power supply are classified as 10 kV or 6kV, 380 V and 380 / 220 V.

1.2.8.4   Load Change  负荷变化
The allowable load change shall be as follows:

(1) Rapid load pickup of 10% of guaranteed output within the range of 15% to 90% of power.

(2) Instantaneous load drop of 10% of guaranteed output within the range of 100% to 25% of power, without the use of steam dump or bypass systems.
功率100%至25%范围内允许10%保证功率的瞬间下降，并且没有蒸汽释放到大气中或投入旁路系统。
(3) Instantaneous load reduction to 5% (assumed house load) of guaranteed output with the use of any bypass systems within the operating range of 15% to 100% of the guaranteed load, without opening of the main steam safety valves or atmospheric release of steam.
在保证负荷的15%到100%运行范围内,使用旁路系统可以保证瞬态负荷降低5%（假定厂内负荷），而不打开主蒸汽安全阀或向大气排放蒸汽。
(4) Ramp load changes up to 5% per minute between 15% and 100% of rate power throughout the core life, without the use of steam dump systems.
堆芯全寿命期间，在15%额定功率至100%额定功率范围内允许功率变化达每分钟为额定功率的5%，并且不使用蒸汽排放系统。
