1.3 PERMANENT STATION SERVICES  永久性电站设施
1.3.1 General 概述
1.  The station services will be available to Supplier at the conditions specified hereinafter.
将按以下所述条件向供货方提供电站设施。
2. Supplier shall provide equipment and appurtenances compatible with the availability of such services.

3.  Supplier shall provide all components from the source interface up to the equipment, except as otherwise specified.
除非另有规定，供货方应提供从源接口一直到设备的所有部件。
4.  All adjustment or readjustment of work to put the services in proper operation to Purchaser's satisfaction shall be at Supplier's expense.
为使设施运行良好而达到买方满意程度所进行的所有调整或再调整，应由供货方支付费用。
5.  Bidder shall guarantee the maximum instantaneous demand for each of the services listed herein in his Bid. These maximum demands shall not be exceeded during normal or abnormal plant operating conditions. If additions of Purchaser's services are required at a later date due to Supplier 's inaccurate estimate, the additional cost of expanding the services will be borne by Supplier or liquidated damages shall be imposed.
投标人应保证其投标书上所列各项设施的最大瞬间需求。在正常和非正常设备运行条件下，都不应超出上述最大需求。如果由于供货方的不准确估计而导致在日后需要买方增加设施，则扩充设施的额外费用应由供货方承担，否则应付赔偿金。
 The operating and construction data shall be inserted in Table 1.3-1 by Bidder. If any item of the utilities listed in the Table is not required, it should be marked “NIL". Leaving the space blank is unacceptable.
投标人应填写1.3-1运行和建设数据表。如果表中所列的任何一项物项投标人认为是不需要的，则应标记为“NIL”，不能留下空白。
