2.0 General  概述
This chapter defines the responsibilities of the T-G Set Package Supplier for furnishing the T-G Set Package of Haiyang.
本章规定了T-G包供货方供应海阳项目T-G包的责任。
Supplier shall offer a complete Scope of Supply according to the specifications, to achieve the guaranteed performance, and the specified criteria for the continuous, safe and economic operation and maintenance of the power station consisting of two generating units each of 1300MWe class as required in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of Part 5. In addition to the base Bid, alternative bids that meet the requirements of the Specifications are also permitted.
供货方应依据本技术规范书提供完整的供货范围，以达到保证的性能、电站持续的、安全的、经济的运行和维护规定的标准，电站由两台1300Mwe级的发电机组组成，如第5部分第3章和第4章中规定。除了基本投标方案外，也允许提交满足技术规范书要求的备选投标方案。

In the event that Bidder believes it is necessary to furnish any structure, system, component, or service whether stated or implied herein as supplied by others, or is incidental to the performance of the scope of work which is prepared to undertake hereunder in order to satisfy his guarantees or because of Engineered Safety features considerations, Bidder shall identify and include the same in his Bid. When items are not applicable to the design proposed by Bidder, he may omit them from his Bid. However, Bidder shall clearly discuss the omissions in the Bid and provide a detailed explanation. Purchaser will assume that all items described will be furnished as specified herein unless such omissions are identified, justified and accepted.
如果投标人认为为了实现其保证或由于工程安全特征的因素有必要提供第三方提供的任何构造物、系统、部件或服务（不论在本文件中明示或暗示），或对于履行本文件下准备承担的工程范围要附带着提供上述构造物、系统、部件或服务，投标人应在其标书中说明并包括在标书中。如果设备项目不适用于投标人的设计方案，投标人可以将其从标书中略去。但是，投标人应在标书中清楚地说明略去的内容，并给出详细的解释。买方将假定描述的所有项目将按照本文件中的规定提供，除非此种忽略内容得到说明、证明合理并且被买方接受。
Bidder shall state in his Bid any special requirements regarding equipment not furnished by him, which may be necessary for the fulfillment of his guarantees.
投标人应在标书中说明有关第三方提供的设备的任何特殊要求（为实现投标人保证所必需的）。
For the Scope of Supply of T-G Set Package, Supplier shall be responsible to provide the Engineering, Equipment supply, Services and Training in comply with the requirements defined in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, which includes, but not be limited to, the following:
对于T-G包的供货范围，供货方应负责按照第3章和第4章中的要求提供工程、设备供货、服务和培训，包括但不限于以下内容：
Engineering and documentation, refer to Section 2.1;
工程和文件，参见第2.1部分
System and equipment, refer to Section 2.2;

Special tools, spare and consumables, refer to Section 2.3;
专用工具、备件和消耗品，参见第2.3部分
Services and training, refer to Section 2.4.
