2.1 Engineering and Documentation  工程和文件
2.1.1 Scope of Engineering 工程范围
The scope of Engineering shall include, but not be limited to, the followings:
工程范围应包括但不限以下内容：
1. Design of the T-G Set Package systems and arrangement design of T-G Set Package systems and equipment, including T/G set foundation and pedestal (as option) and cooperation with specified design company who will be responsible for the design of BCI systems, CI building and structure, in comply with the requirements defined in Appendix B.
按照附录B中的要求，T-G包系统的设计和T-G包系统和设备的布置设计，包括汽轮发电机组基座和底座（非选项）以及与规定的设计公司（负责BCI系统、CI 建筑物和构造物的设计）的合作。

2. As for T/G set foundation and pedestal, it will be one option of the supplier as above-mentioned, the supplier should consider following scope if the option is excluded in the T-G package:

1) The Supplier shall provide the outline drawing, the related design standard and calculation (dynamic and deflection) document of TG set foundation and pedestal of referenced NPP or other type plant.
供货方应提供参考核电站或其他类型电站的汽轮发电机组基座和底座的轮廓图、相关设计标准和计算（动态和偏转）文件。
2) The Supplier shall provide following design information and technical support for this bidding project:
供货方应提供该投标项目的以下设计信息和技术支持：
a) The Supplier shall propose and provide sample pedestal outline drawing (concrete foundation and spring-mounted machine concrete foundation).
供货方应建议和提供样本底座轮廓图（混凝土基座和安装弹簧机械的混凝土基座）
b) The Supplier shall provide the critical speed of machine and rotor (T-G).
供货方应提供（汽轮发电机）机器和转子的临界速度。
c) The Supplier shall provide dynamic and static deflection design computer software, standard and criteria of TG pedestal, sample calculation document about this standard and criteria.
供货方应提供汽轮发电机底座的动态和静态偏转设计计算机软件、标准和规范以及有关这种标准和规范的样本计算文件。
d) The Supplier shall provide all loads on operating deck and mat, which are clearly, detail and reasonable magnitude, direction and location.

e) The Supplier shall be responsible for reviewing and consultant for calculation and analysis of dynamic and static deflection of TG foundation and pedestal according to the standard and criteria both in basic design and detail design period.
