The Supplier shall provide full design for TG foundation and pedestal, which include all content from basic design stage to construction design stage. The Supplier shall submit all outcomes from each design stage, including model assumption, dynamic analysis of TG structure, computer software and input/output data, detail calculations, and all drawings.

The Supplier shall have responsibility to verify site data relating TG foundation and pedestal design provided by the Purchaser and collect additional site data if necessary by forwarding request to the Purchaser. However, the Purchaser shall provide all necessary available site data upon the Supplier’s request. The Supplier is not required to carry site data investigation by themselves.

The Supplier shall realize that all civil bulk material shall be preferred to be local material with conformance to Chinese standards. But for those specified materials or items needed, the Supplier shall define the detail and the applied standards for them, which may rest with the Supplier’s experience by using applicable standards.

5. The Engineering shall include system conceptual or basic design, arrangement design, system detailed design, equipment specification, interface design, etc. The conceptual or basic design shall meet the requirements of the Purchaser for the approval of the basic design by the authorities;
