7.4 Quality control
The software quality control process includes the software process quality control and the software product quality control. In this system project organization, in BEIJING FINDINGSOFT Co., Ltd ,the quality control group will be responsible for the quality control and management, carry out the management of the software process and the software product quality by adopting the software measurement process collection information.
The method that controls the software process quality is to withdraw the software process information by the quantity turn, carrys out the target management of the software process. The main contents that the quantity turn include: The product quality, the project progress and resources take up. The software process control commonly adopts the node control of software development process method.

The company carries out the milestone type management to the project, dividing the whole project stage to demand analyze stage, system design stage, coding stage, inner test stage, the system joint adjust stage and the safeguarding running stage according to the project progress. It will carry out a stage judgement together by the customer and the project group after the each stage end of the project, to judge the mission and the work quality of that stage. If the judgement are not passed, the project then can't turn into the next stage.
