9.3  Training management
Good management is very important to the training. Without good management, there will be no satisfied quality and effectiveness. As to the management, following items shall be noted:

9.3.1  Attaching importance to training management by chief manager
The chief manager of this project shall completely support and understand the training work, coordinate relations among different people, provide good atmosphere for training. The chief manager is responsible for communicating with trainees (or their authorities) to change their thoughts and attitudes to the training. Meanwhile, the chief manager shall combine with related departments to establish specifications concerning with the benefits of trainees, thereby completely support the training work from instituation.

9.3.2  Establishing institutions and serious management
The institutions of training must be incorporated with seriousness. Without seriousness, the training work will be easily ignored by trainee, which will have severe influence on the training and finally result in failure or delay to whole project. The training institutions may be involved in attendance, examination and assessment, etc. These serious institutions and corresponding serious management will greatly help to carry out the training and impove the whole quality of this project.  

9.3.3  Scientific training
First, the software & hardware environments for training shall be prepared well according to different characteristics of training courses. The software & hardware environments include computer, software, projector and microphone, etc. 
Second, the training shall be carried out according to different courses and trainees to try to provide a most scientific way of training. For example, as to system administrator and common user, their training will be completely different. The system administrator will be trained with on-site actual operation, while the common user will be trained in the way of group training.  As to the group training, there are still some differences between training to leaders and operation maintainers from training period and organization.

9.3.4  Summarizing after each period of training
During training, many problems will appear because of different levels of trainees. Therefore, when each period of training is completed, the teachers and project managers shall gather together to communicate with each other and make summarization, which is to find out problems existing in training, to seek better training methods and management, to generalize experience and lessons for latter training, finally, to successfully complete the project.
