The oilfield developing production database system of CHINA National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (CNODC), in CNODC information construction, is important. Based on logic structure and filling-in regulations of development database issued by CNPC, according to practical conditions of CNODC overseas projects, combined with international oil database standard POSC, this system is greatly modified and expanded so as to make the database system meet the application requirements of Beijing headquarters and the demands of internationalized oilfield exploration and development, and to lay a foundation for realizing three stage penetration from Beijing headquarters to overseas project department then to project site.

With this system there are complete system management and safety management functions, strict definition flow and management tools for users’ operation rights and role classification, detailed records and audit management program for users’ operation. This system is designed for multiple languages, able to support Chinese, English, Russian, French, Spanish and Arabian, and switch them in application to meet users’ demands international, domestic and of the country where there are resources. The system has unified design style, and also supports users’ individuation application, providing configuration tools for individuation from data entry, data inquiry, curve configuration to function configuration, so the adaptation capacity and using convenience of the system are greatly improved. The system has realized 950 functions, including 49 comprehensive daily and weekly functions, 101 data acquisition and data gathering functions, 63 report output and data inquiry functions, 17 production running management functions, 68 reservoir performance analysis functions, 63 drilling and job functions, 19 system maintenance functions and 570 database maintenance and inquiry functions.

This system has established network information management platform incorporating sorting, acquisition, storage, treatment, analysis, issuance and service, covering CNODC oilfields production information; formed safe, real-time, accurate, reliable and complete visualization application system on oilfield development; constituted unified information acquisition standards and technical specifications, perfected information collection, transmission, issuance and management system, realized stage-by-stage data sharing, real-time update, penetrating call; realized browsing online for production information and conventional dynamic analysis for oilfields; provided effective managing means and technical supports for oilfield development and assistant decision. According to overall arrangement of CNODC, this system has been used in Beijing headquarters, Sudan 6 district, Venezuela, Oman, Indonesia, Northern Buzachi, Azerbaijan and other countries and areas, obtaining good application effects.
