Clause 11: Settlement of dissention
If dissention happens during the contract implementation, they can solve that friendly or directly appeal to the local court.

Clause 12: This contract will be effective immediately after both parties signed and stamped, and will be invalidated after the contract is fulfilled. Neither party can abolish this contract during its implementation period. The unmentioned things should be solved by both parties negotiation. They can make supplementary regulations which have the equal validity as the original contract.

This contract has four copies, and both parties have two copies.

第十一条：纠纷处理
如在履行合同中双方发生纠纷可友好协商解决，也可直接诉至承揽方所在地法院。

第十二条：本合同在双方签字盖章后即生效，合同履行完毕后即失效，本合同履行期间任何一方不得单方解除本合同，合同未尽事宜应由双方共同协商解决，做出补充规定、补充规定与原合同具有同等效力。
本合同一式四份，双方各执两份。
