预处理及火炬系统
瓦斯预处理系统采用10个预处理单元。每个单元包括以下设备:
? 进气双阀组
? 初过滤器
? 换热器
? 升压罗茨风机(包括电机和变频器)
? 精过滤器
? CDM计量仪表
? 阻火器
? 出气双阀组
? 撬装用的设备底座
除了上述设备之外,还有实现预处理功能所需的下列配套设备:
? 进气气体品质监测仪表
? 出气气体品质监测仪表
? 制冷系统
? 电气和控制系统
? 阀门的液压驱动系统
辅机包括以下设备:
? 预处理车间的可燃气体泄漏监测系统
? 预处理车间防爆通风系统
? 瓦斯过滤器的附件
? 电动单轨起重机
? 设备检修操作所需的钢平台及梯子
? 相关备品备件

管路系统:
预处理系统与两个气罐的出口法兰连接,管路系统的供货范围考虑了启动、停止和正常运行不同工况的完整性、安全性、操作维护的方便性。管道采用SS304不锈钢材料,符合燃气发动机的相关要求。投标人提供系统内的隔断阀、阀门传动装置、电动执行器、疏水阀、过滤器、阻火器、脱水装置、管道、管道附件(弯头、三通、阀门、螺栓、螺母、垫片、垫圈等)、支吊架、合适的保温材料、外防护材料等。
每个气罐出口设置两支DN1000的不锈钢管道,去往预处理车间;在车间南侧马路以前,就地敷设,底部标高+0.4;过马路前,管道下弯入地,顶部标高(埋地最小深度)满足马路载荷要求,并在冻土层以下。预处理进出口管道布置:进口管道在厂房过南侧马路前采用埋地进入;出口管道在室内架空,出厂房后架空至机组区域;所有埋地管道均做三油两布的防腐处理。在相关位置设置了必要的工艺阀门、排水、阻火等元气件。
预处理出口到发电场区,管道高架,并有80mm不等的保温,确保在不同季节的设计工况下,能满足机组发电的需要。
投标人将负责以下接口内的系统完整性:
? 瓦斯路:从气罐出口开始到发电机组入口的所有管路,保证内部设备、仪表、阀门、管路等完整、合理;
? 预处理厂房内,设置了三套防爆电动葫芦,满足:初级过滤器、精密过滤器、风机电机等大件设备的检修维护需要;
? 按照国家规范,对高处的设备设置检修平台及相应爬梯;
? 排水接口:排水器出口以内的管路及设备;
? 电气接口:业主负责将10KV、380V两种电源接入到预处理进线柜的上桩头;
? 通讯接口:业主将数据通讯电缆提供至接入预处理系统的控制柜,投标人预留通讯接口。

pre-treatment and flare system
The gasses pretreatment system adopts 10 pretreatment units. Each unit includes the following equipments:
? Inlet gas bivalve group
? Prefilter
? Heat exchanger
? Boosting Root's blower (including motor and frequency converter)
? Fine filter
? CDM metering device
? Flame arrester
? Air-out bivalve group
? Equipment underframe used for prizing
The following associated equipments to realize the pretreatment function are required in addition to the said equipments:
? MTA of inlet gas quality
? MTA of outlet gas quality
? Refrigeration system
? Electric and control system
? Hydraulic driving system of valve
The auxiliary includes the following equipments:
? Leakage monitoring system of flammable gas in pre-treatment shop
? Explosion proof ventilation system of pre-treatment shop
? Accessories of gasses filter
? Electric monorail crane
? Steel platform and ladder required by equipment overhaul operation
? Related spare parts.
Pipe system:
The pretreatment system is connected with discharge flanges of two gas tanks. Supply scope of the pipe system takes integrity and security of starting, stopping and operating normally under different operating mode as well as convenience of operating maintenance into account. The pipeline adopts SS304 stainless steel conforming to related requirement of gas engine. The bidder will supply closing valve, valve gear, electrodynamic actuator, drain valve, filter, flame arrester, dehydration plant, pipeline, pipeline accessory (elbow, tee joint, valve, bolt, nut, shim and washer, etc.), supporter and hanger, suitable heat insulator and exterior protective material, etc in the system.
Two DN1000 stainless steel pipeline are provided at the outlet of each gas tank going to the pretreatment workshop; The in-situ laying is made before south street of the workshop; the bottom elevation is +0.4; The pipeline bends downwards into the ground before it crosses the street; the top elevation (Min. buried depth) meets the requirement of road load and below the frozen soil layer. Layout of pretreatment inlet and outlet pipeline is: the inlet pipeline is buried into the ground before the workshop crosses the south road; the outlet pipeline is overhead indoors and overhead to the assembly area after it leaves the workshop; the anti-corrosive treatment of 3 oil antiseptic two cloth is made to all buried pipelines. Necessary elements such as technique valve, drain, fire retardant are provided at relevant position.
The pretreatment outlet goes to the generating yard; the pipeline is overhead with various thermal insulations of 80mm to meet the requirement of assembly generation under design conditions of difference seasons.
The bidder will be responsible for the system integrity within the following interfaces:
? Gasses way: all pipelines from the gas tank outlet to the power set inlet to guarantee the integrity and reasonableness of internal unit, instrument, valve and pipeline, etc.
? Three sets of explosion proof electric blocks are provided in the pretreatment workshop to meet the overhaul and maintenance requirement of large equipments such as primary filter, precision filter, know clearly motor;
? The overhaul platform and corresponding access ladder are provided for equipments at highs according to the national code;
? Drain interface: pipeline and equipment within the drainer outlet;
? Electrical interface: the proprietor is responsible for connecting 10KV and 380V powers to the upper pile head of the pretreatment lead-in cabinet;
? Communication interface: the proprietor supplies the data communication cable to switch in the control cabinet of the pretreatment system; the bidder will preserve the communication interface.
