1.3 Project content:
XXXX Gas Power Plant adopts drained coal mine gas (XXXX) as the fuel and construct 38 TCG2032V16 container gas engine generating units and auxiliary systems manufactured by German MWM company with installed gross capacity of 152MW. The generating unit is laid out in form of containers which are divided into four groups on site. The project also includes gas pretreatment and torch system, electrical system and DCS etc.
Tail gas of the gas engine is led into an exhaust heat boiler to generate steam. The reserved position is connected with exhaust bus which leads tail gas of four or five gas engines into one exhaust heat boiler. The afterheat is used for supplying heat. Afterheat utilization of tail gas is not included in supply scope of this contract.
1.4 Environmental condition
1.4.1 Plant location and transportation condition
1) Plant location: XXXX Coal Industry Group, XXXX Area
2) Transportation condition
XXXX Coal Industry Group is located in south foot of Taihang Mountains, Southeast Shanxi Province, and is 340km away from Taiyuan City, 90km from Changzhi City and 150km from Zhengzhou City. The mine field highways are connected with external trunk highways and are connected with Taiyuan City and Zhengzhou City by expressways. The traffic is convenient. The mine field is passed by Tai-Jiao railway and Hou-Yue railway and is also provided with the special railway lines which lead to the whole country. Changzhi City in Shanxi Province and Zhengzhou City in Henan Province are equipped with civil airports.
1.4.2 Meteorological conditions
This region belongs to East Asian monsoon warm temperature zone with obvious continental climate and with four distinct seasons, such as winter is cold with less rain and snow, summer is hot and rainy and autumn is windy and rainless. The predominant wind direction in summer is southeast wind and in winter is northwest wind with maximum wind is force 10.

1.5 Basic conditions of the power plant
1.5.1 XXXX data
XXXX data of XXXX Coal Industry Group in Qinshui, Yangcheng, Zezhou County predict that the usable quantity is 4.319 million m3/d. Except for gas used in current period, there is still 2.629 million m3/d for power generation for gas comprehensive utilization project. Both the development period and service life are over 30 years.
In XXXX, the methane content is between 30% and 55%.

1.5.2 Water supply data
Required water source for production is deep shallow well water.
1.5.3 Heat supply requirements
Afterheat of tail gas of gas engine and jacket water shall be fully utilized for supplying heat. Air outlet of engine shall be reserved with an interface connecting with the exhaust heat boiler.
1.5.4 Electric network condition and auxiliary power
Voltage of gas comprehensive utilization generator is 10.5kV. The power from the generator is boosted by transformers and then connected with electric power system.
Auxiliary power is supplied by the auxiliary transformer.
AC power parameters: rated three-phase voltage 380/220V (±15%), three-phase four-wire
             Frequency: 50Hz, neutral point solid ground
             Voltage of single power: 220V (±10%)
Equipment with rated power less than 1kW can be supplied by single-phase 220V power.
DC power parameters: 220V DC (±15%)
Voltage of motor: rated voltage of motor with power no less than 200kW is 10.5KV.
    Rated voltage of motor with power less than 200kW is 380V.

XXXX发电厂利用煤矿井下抽放(简称XXXX)为燃料。建设38台德国MWM公司制造的型号为TCG2032V16的集装箱式燃气发动机发电机组及其辅助系统,总装机容量152MW。发电机组为集装箱式布置,分4组布置于现场。项目还包括XXXX预处理及火炬系统、电气系统、DCS系统等系统
燃气发动机尾气导入余热锅炉产生蒸汽,预留位置用4台到5台燃气发动机的尾气接入排气母管导入一台余热锅炉,余热用于供热。尾气余热利用不包含在本次合同供货范围。

2) 交通运输条件
XXXX煤业集团位于山西省东南部太行山南麓,距太原340km,长治90km,郑州150km。矿区公路与矿区外干线公路相通,与太原、郑州有高速公路相接,交通方便。矿区有太焦铁路和侯月铁路通过,矿区有专用铁路线,通过铁路可通往全国。山西省长治和河南省郑州均有民用机场。

本地区属东亚季风暖温带地区,大陆性气候显著,四季分明,冬季天气寒冷,雨雪稀少,夏季炎热多雨,秋季多风少雨。夏季主导风向为东南风,冬季主导风向为西北风,最大风力10级。

1.5  电厂基础条件
1.5.1 XXXX资料
XXXX煤业集团在沁水、阳城、泽州县境内的煤矿XXXX抽放资料预计可利用431.9万m3/d,除目前所用气量,仍富裕262.9万m3/d可供XXXX综合利用项目为燃料发电。开发服务年限均在30年以上。
井下抽放的XXXX,甲烷含量约在30%~55%之间。
典型的井下抽放XXXX气体体积浓度成份(V%)如下:

1.5.2 供水资料
所需生产用水水源为深层浅井水。
1.5.3 供热要求
可充分利用燃气发动机的尾气和缸套水的余热进行供热,发动机的排气口预留与余热锅炉的接口。
1.5.4 电网条件和厂用电
XXXX综合利用发电机电压为10.5kV,发电机发出的电力通过变压器升压与电力系统连网。
厂用电由厂辅助变压器供给。
交流电源参数:额定三相电压380/220V(±15%),三相四线。
             频率:50Hz、中性点直接接地。
             单相电源电压:220V(±10%)
额定功率小于1kW的设备可采用单相220V电源供电。
直流电源参数:220V DC(±15%)
电动机的电压:功率大于和等于200kW的电动机的额定电压为10.5KV
