3、使馆办理认证的时候该使馆持有税花数量的情况而定，该申办人员尽量超前办理。

4、根据玻利维亚驻华使馆告，申办该馆领事认证，除官方机构颁发的固定格式证明文件外，其他申明书、委托书及商业文书须签名，并在中文签名旁加注与护照相一致的拼音。

In accordance with the notice of the Bolivia Embassy stationed in China, to apply for the consular certification of the Embassy, except for the documentary evidence with fixed format issued by official institution, other application, power of attorney, and commercial document must be signed in Chinese and filled by Chinese phonetic alphabet consistent to the passport besides the Chinese signature.
