商业类文件认证流程

Authentication process of business documents

商业类文件是涉及公司业务的内容，主要有：

Business documents are related to the contents of company's business, mainly including:

（1）用于通关结汇的各类商业文件，如：原产地证、商业发票、 装箱单、提单、商检证、屠宰证、船证明、保险单等；

(1) All kinds of commercial documents used for clearance and exchange settlement, such as: the certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, bills of lading, commodity inspection certificate, certificate of slaughter, ship certificate and insurance policy.

（2）用于涉外商贸活动的各类证明文件，如：合同、报关单、授权书、代理协议、营业执照、资信证明、投标文件等

 (2) All kinds of documentary evidence used for foreign-related commercial activities, such as: contract, bill of entry, certificate of authorization, agency agreement, business license, certificate of financial standing and tender documents.

（3）其它与涉外商贸活动相关需办理领事认证的文件。

 (3) Other documents related to foreign-related commercial activities that require applying for the consular authentication.

商业文件认证流程：商业文件有些要做成商事证明书的形式，有些可以做成公证书，然后送代办处递交外交部和使馆认证。

Authentication process of business documents: some commercial documents should be made in the form of a commercial certificate, some can be made into a notarial certificate, and then sent to the agency to submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy for authentication.
