Dear Devin Guo,
Thank you for your reply and clarifications. Please inform me as soon as you get the remaining 2 documents from the Embassy of Iraq. We will then proceed with the transfer of the notarization fees (xxx $) and as you proposed we will deduct xx $ from the next legalization project.
Thank you in advance and best regards,

Dear XXXX,
I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. In fact the notarization by Nanjing CCPIT was not free. I promised to pay Nanjing CCPIT. You know the previous price you paid us is only the certification by China Foreign Ministry, legalization by the Embassies. The Xxx company only helped us to prepare and supply the relative documents. Because the notarization procedure need scanned documents of many original documents, so I have to ask Xxx help us.
On the other hand, we spent much time to contact many organizations and many persons in the CCPIT system to solve the problem, after the application was refused by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
Anyway, I like to give you a discount of 40%. You need only pay us USD xxx.
Moreover, if you will trust us to deal with the procedures of other Legalization projects, I like to minus the USD xxx from the new project amount.
Best Regards,
Devin Guo

Dear Devin Guo,
Thank you for your reply.
My understanding from your email sent on the 4th of August 2016, is that someone in Xxx (after you send back the 4 documents) will do the notarization of these documents from the Nanjing CCPIT. You wrote:
"I have contacted with Jiangsu Xxx Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. One staff of the company said me that She can help us to go to Nanjing CCPIT to get the documents notarized there.
But she demanded that the four documents notarized by Lianyonggang CCPIT must returned to the company before to get new notarized documents from Nanjing CCPIT.
So I like to ask you whether we can return them the four documents and trust Xxx to get the documents notarized in Nanjing CCPIT."
So I don't understand why do you charge us the notarization fee?
Best regards,
