There are about 49865 English words in the PDF document. You said in your email that there were about 41,000 words. Maybe you have not included the place names in the maps, for example, on page 53.

The general turnaround time is about 2 weeks.  If you need the translation document urgently, we can adjust the number of translators that work on the particular project to meet your any deadline. But there will be extra fee of about 20% for the urgent project.  We have enough qualified translators who major in various subjects, for example, mechanics, medicine, electronics, Chemical, oil, finance, IT, business, management, economics and so on. The spreadsheet I sent to you does not include the map pages, as we do not want to translate the entire brochure.

Will the price stay the same if there are fewer words?

Dear Brian,

The quotation was based on your word count of 41000 words:

If the place names are not need to translate and the word count is 41,000 words, the total amounts to translate it into Chinese simplified and Chinese traditional are respectively USD xxxx and USD xxxx.

The price will be lower if there are fewer words than 41000.

Moreover, if the document contents will be used for your Chinese website, and you agree to put a link on the bottom of your Chinese translation website for my company website /defaulten.asp, we can give you a discount of about 10%.

Dear Brian,

Considering that you will need the two kinds of Chinese translations, Chinese  simplified and Chinese traditional, I suggest that you need not trust our  Chinese traditional translator to translate, because you can use the transformation function in the Word Software to transform automatically the Chinese Simplified translation document into Chinese traditional.

The Chinese traditional documents transformed automatically from Chinese Simplified documents are good enough and the people in Taiwang, Hangkong can understand them, because the two kinds of languages are very similar.

Moreover, we can give you a discount of about 15%, if you think the price is a little high.

We were dealing with another company who offered to translate but once we received it, it was very poor and almost translated in GOOGLE.
