Can you please create a quote including how this will be paid etc? Ideally we would prefer to provide two payments, one prior to the job completion and the second payment upon receiving the finished job.

Approx. 41,000 words

InDesign Formatting - 63 of the 86 pages

Quoted price: AUD 4,xx + AUD xxx = $ xxx AUD (approx.. USD xxxx)

Question, the InDesign file is 2.9GB – how do you usually receive large files like this?

Thank you for your trust.

But there is a question. If you need both Chinese simplified and Chinese traditional InDesign document, the total formatting price will be USD xxxx. The Chinese simplified word document can be transformed into Chinese traditional word document. But the InDesign document cannot be transformed.

About the payment term, I agree to your idea of the two step payment.

The big InDesign file usually through the third part portal, for example, following is the document transfer link of one of our customer:

Ok, so we have re-looked at this project and due to our budget we are just after one translation from English à Simplified Chinese.

As we are now doing one translation, can we relook on pricing for the following requirements:

Approx. 49,689 words

Full Brochure of 68 Pages InDesign Formatting

Please keep in mind our budget.

Another question, what is your timeframe on this?

I just talked with our InDesign formatting technical staff about the transforming problem of InDesign document, he said the Chinese Simplified InDesign can be transformed page by page. So the Chinese Traditional InDesign formatting job can be done based on the Chinese Simplified InDesign document easily and the total InDesign formatting for both the Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional is USD xxx.

The total price will be as follows:
