First, yes we do! Our company provides some very good discounts on translations projects. We structure our discounts in a few different ways, and I am happy to explain further below:

Our company bills for translations based on the number of words in the source document. This means that you pay based on the number of words found in the document you send to us for translation – not the wordcount in the final document. This alone usually saves you money.

The more words in your document – the lower the rate will be. As an example, say you send us a document with 50,000 source words for translation. In this case, the rate you pay will be significantly lower than the rate applied to a document that only contains 5000 words.

Forexample, if you send us a document in French and need it translated into English, Spanish and Italian, the final price for all three translations will be much cheaper than if you sent us these projects separately.

Most – but not all - of our clients have been using our company to handle their translations for years. They send us a high-volume of workload. When we develop a relationship with a client, we want to keep them coming back. This means that we are happy to provide discounts to clients who send us work regularly. Once you become a regular client – or if you can assure us that you will be sending more projects in the future – you will be able to enjoy this discount.

That being said, we are always prepared to offer clients deals depending on the nature of their needs and the work involved with their translations. If your materials are fairly straight-forward and do not require the use of a specialist translator, you can enjoy significant savings.

We also offer a budget package for translations which tends to apply much cheaper rates.
