Hello .
Re:  Dotted lines for the Mandarin client' s name and his address (top left of page 1):
I am really sorry to bother you but we need to have the same dotted lines on the mandarin translation as on the English/original document. The reason is that (once the Mandarin translation is printed),  we have to write by hand the client' s name and his address on the dotted lines so that it can be sent to the client.
The text "Our Ref, Your Ref" and the date need to be on the right hand side of the page, to match the original document.
I would be grateful if you could change the top part of page 1, as explained above. I hope you don' t mind doing this.
Attached is the English document.

Mandarin Chinese Translation Invoices and Payments in 2014 and 2015
Dear Xxx,
If there are totally more than 5000 English words in the two documents, the rate can be still £ 0.05 per English word.
Moreover, could you please check the payment situation for the attached four invoices of 2014 and 2015. I was confused. I hope the payment will be earlier for the new translation project in the future. It is a big problem to check the payment every time for us.
