审查意见：专业词汇不准确的情况太多，语言表达也不够好。需大修改，词汇应力求准确，语言表达尽可能平实通顺，但是不能因中文表达的需要而歪曲原文本意，比如原文是限制性定语从句翻译为中文后一般也应该是限制性定语从句，不能翻译为非限制性定语从句，否则意思就不准确了，除非句子实在太长。而本文中最后一句，翻译为中文是不长的，别太低估国人的阅读水平。技术词汇方面务必查阅有关资料，如果无法突破就标记出来由其他译者解决，如果这样的技术问题太多就改由其他译者翻译，委托叶老师做其他技术性不强的文件。

§ 60.30   Scope.范围

The following subparts contain emission guidelines and compliance times for the control of certain designated pollutants in accordance with section 111(d) and section 129 of the Clean Air Act and subpart B of this part.以下各子节所含内容为：控制某些特定污染物的排放标准指导方针及其实施达标时间，乃依据清洁空气法案的第111（d）和第129项及本节的B子节制定。
