目前我国的太阳能热利用主要是低温热水的应用，以真空管太阳能热水系统产品为主，主要供应生活热水。我国太阳能热水器市场自90年代以来，保持了十多年的快速增长。太阳能热水器年生产量由1997年的250万平方米，快速增长到2010年的4900万平方米，年平均增长速度超过23％。太阳能热水器运行保有量由1997年的1200万平方米，增长至2010年的16800万平方米，年平均增长速度为21%，年生产量和运行保有量均连续多年位居世界第一位。尤其是2006年《可再生能源法》实施以来，随着国家可再生能源开发政策的加强，新农村建设运行的开展和地方政府开始实施的新建建筑强制安装政策，对太阳能热水器的应用和推广起到了极大的推动作用。

It’s principally the application of low temperature hot water in terms of solar thermal energy application in China currently, relying mainly on vacuum tube solar water heating system products, which supply domestic hot water. Since 1990s, solar water heater market in China has been increasing rapidly for over 10 years. The annual output of solar water heater increased rapidly from 2.5 million m² in 1997 to 49 million m² in 2010, with the average annual increase rate over 23%. The operation inventory of solar water heater increased from 12 million m² in 1997 to 168 million m² in 2010, with the average annual increase rate of 21%. The annual output and operation inventory have been ranking the top globally for years. Especially since the implementation of Renewable Energy Law in 2006, the strengthening of national development policy on renewable energy, processing of new rural construction and new architectural compulsory installment policy carried out by local governments have greatly promoted the application and popularization of solar water heater.

 

目前，我国太阳能供应热水系统已实现了商业化运行，市场发展迅速，太阳能热水系统供暖、制冷和中高温工业应用处于研发和试点示范阶段，而太阳房和太阳灶的技术虽然成熟，但缺乏市场开发和应用的动力，需要政策的支持和引导。

Currently, solar hot water supply system in China has achieved commercial operation and the market has been developed fast. Heat supply, cooling and medium and high temperature application by solar hot water system are at the stage of research & development and pilot demonstration. However, although the technology of solar house and solar cooker is advanced, it lacks the drive for market development and application and needs policy support and guidance.

 

我国太阳能热利用的制造方面，自90年代以来，保持了十多年的快速增长。太阳能热水器年生产量由1997年的250万平方米，增长到2010年的4900万平方米。我国既是世界上最大的太阳能热水器生产国，同时也拥有世界上最大的太阳能热水器市场，已形成了从原材料加工、集热器生产到热水器生产的完整产业链，同时产品开发制造、工程设计、营销和市场服务的产业服务体系不断增强，有力带动了玻璃、金属、保温材料和真空设备等相关行业的发展，业已成为一个产业规模迅速扩大的新兴产业。

Since 1990s, the manufacturing of solar thermal application in China has maintained fast increase in more than a decade. The annual output of solar water heater increased from 2.5 million m² in 1997 to 49 million m² in 2010. China, not only is the largest manufacturer of solar water heater worldwide, but also possesses the largest market of solar water heater worldwide. A complete industrial chain, from raw material processing, collector production to water heater production has been formed, while the industrial service system of product development and manufacturing, engineering design, marketing and market services have been enhancing, which have driven the development of related industries like glass, metal, thermal insulation materials and vacuum equipment. Hence, it has become a new industry with rapid increase in terms of industrial scale.
