XXXX (the “Company”), a Georgia Limited Liability Company is owned by XXXX, Inc. of Nevada. It is the commercialization of the technologies of 3E-XXXX of Delaware.
The Company was founded to provide manufacturing, sales and distribution for Founder 3E XXXX’s breakthrough energy saving lighting solutions.
The Company was formed by the two incorporated entities that joined together in late 2009 to execute a number of contracts for light bulb manufacturing and distribution/sales opportunities in government and commercial real estate. A wholly-owned subsidiary of XXXX, called Light Etc Inc, of Nevada, is the holder of the patents, trademarks of the technologies.
3E-XXXX has been an innovator in the convergent fields of electronics, environment and energy. Past inventions include the compressor-less refrigerators sold in Wal-Mart, etc and their breakthrough in cooling the Army’s main battle tank, a problem since the Persian Gulf War. Currently, the company seeks visionary investors to fund the sales introduction phase of its lighting inventions. The lighting manufacturing and distribution strategy is prepared for deployment under XXXX.
The flagship light bulb of the Company is a high-quality light bulb, as a replacement for light bulbs used in most residential (up to 90%) and commercial environments. Our core products will initially be available for the standard A bulb and the common Reflector bulbs known as “can” lights. Our solution is a new category of lighting that can replace most incandescent bulbs and CFL products in the A bulb and reflector bulb categories. This is also a discontinuous new category that provides 50% energy savings vs. incandescent, more lumens per watt, environmentally friendly, and up to 40,000 hours of life. This is the only patented, mercury free solution ready for delivery today that addresses the phase-out of the 100-year-old incandescent technology, the Edison Bulb. Starting in 2012 the Energy Act of 2007 outmodes inefficient incandescent bulbs. Our solution solves the key consumer and government complaints of 98% energy waste as heat as well as the trade-off of sacrificing energy waste for higher cost, poor natural light quality, longevity and toxic construction.
Our initial Light Etc bulb satisfies consumers quality demands: it has the best light quality available on the market today; it contains no toxic components in the product or in its manufacturing process (including post-consumer hazards); it is similarly priced with today’s advanced CFL bulbs that are proven sellers as an energy-savings solution promoted by utilities and government; it maximizes energy efficiency over 50%; and it lasts up to 40,000 hours. There are more patented and patent-pending disruptive solutions available to XXXX upon closing.
The Company has prepared for launch proven technology in bulb and bases that is an energy- and environment- and health- and labor-saving product line that disrupts up to 90% of the consumer bulb market today. For example, there are 425 million 60-Watt incandescent bulbs sold in the US each year alone, which is 50% of the light bulbs used each year per the Energy Information Agency of the US Department of Energy. Light Etc’s patented products exceed the government’s stated demand to replace incandescent bulbs starting in 2012. These demanding new energy-saving standards phases out the consumer bulbs (25, 40, 60, 75, 100 etc) wattages, and opens up potential for replacement by our cost- and energy-saving bulb. In addition, our core product already has the required UL listing.
Distribution/Marketing Plan – distribution channels successful with historical leaders in lighting, and for our new products at low cost through existing team leaders and distribution/sales partners. Industry leaders Integrated Sales Solutions and Source Marketing Group are assisting with retail launch, and we have indications of political and sales interest from several government channels including DC lobbyist and strategy organizations, Section 8(A) minority contractors, as well as International interest groups that want to partner for early order assurance.
