1 Technical process
The power generation is realized by utilizing the down hole gasses of coal mine as the fuel and adopting the gas engine power set. High temperature exhaust gas of the gas engine enters into the exhaust-heat boiler to raise steam and supply heat to realize the combined heat and power.
2 General supply requirement
1) The vendor supplies the gas engine power set and auxiliary equipments including gas engine, generator, power set control panel, on-line system, gas engine motor control center (MCC), instrument and valves, etc. and install them into a container type complete equipments so as to ensure the normal operation of the unit after fuel, water and electricity are connected.
2) The gas engine unit supplied should be suitable to the gasses fuel specified in articles 1.4 and 1.5 of appendix 2-1 general in this specification and ensure the reliable performance, reasonable structure, correct model selection and high thermal efficiency capable of meeting the requirement of continuous safe production under rated load.
3) The bidder should guarantee to supply all new, advanced, mature, complete, safe and reliable equipment and comply with the technique and performance requirements specified in this technical specification.
4) The supply list is shown in appendix 1
3.2 Scope of supply
3.1. Basic supply scope of power set
3.1.1 TCG 2032 V 16 engine
Modern 4 stroke OTTO type, lean combustion stationary engine, V-mode structure, water cooling, exhaust gas turbo-charging, blend gas cooling. The rotation direction is counterclockwise according to DIN6265 (facing towards flywheel end).
Crankcase Nodular graphite cast iron crankcase and jacket cooling water; reinforced sidewall increases the torsion resistant and bending resistant capability; diagonal bolt-on bearing block; suspended type bearing; short and uncrossed lubricating oil takes hollow camshaft as main office to supply sufficient lubricating oil for each lubrication point; side open crank case sight glass is convenient in dismounting; wet type high abrasion resistant cylinder liner is made of rotational casting; non-deformable symmetrical expression rotation bush support; oil and gas separator type crankcase ventilation system.
Power unit 齿轮室
The crankshaft is made of chrome molybdenum steel with bolt-on counterweight; hardening treatment is made to main bearing and connecting rod bearing; integer link rod is forged by alloy steel with tilt tooth shape joint face; the connecting rod and piston lubrication is realized by center hole oil way of crankshaft link rod; trapezoid connecting rod bearing alleviates the piston load; piston guiding; integrated electron beam welding light-weight piston with dissymmetry convexity compression ring; two-way gas ring and top chamfer tubular ring spring; all ring belts have high tensile antifriction chrome alloy housing; main bearing and mated bearings are made of antifriction and anti corrosion alloy as preinstalled bearings with cathode sputtering technical treatment surface; the camshaft is made of high tensile steel; hardening treatment is made to bearings and cams; bearing bush is made of aluminum alloy and of gear driven; ball mill cast iron flywheel (GGG-50).
Cylinder head 缸盖
Single cylinder lid, made of special cast iron with interlayer and combustion chamber partition of cooling channel to reduce the mechanical and heat load; 4 air valves and valve racer; the drain tap racer is water cooled and reinforced; gaseous mixture enters via distributing pipe of V-mode room; the unit composed of cylinder lid, bush and intermediate box with piston, link rod, inlet & exhaust lubrication and cooling dump is convenient in installation and maintenance; the exhaust gas is discharged via the waste gas header; the spark plug is arranged centrally in combustion chamber with reinforced cooling seat.
Valve train 气门驱动机构
The tooth shape driving cam shafts separately installed on both sides of cylinder body of V-mode chamber are composed of several camshafts and are tapped in center as the main grease way; two air inlet and exhaust valves, toggle lever and valve bridge are opened and closed by actuation of the mushroom tappet and the stop link rod; O type oil seal closes the valve lever.
Ignition 点火
High voltage ignition system controlled by microprocessor is provided with low voltage distribution; each cylinder is provided with one ignition coil without moving part or without; the trigger is realized by one crown type gear installed on the flywheel and one feedback equipment installed on the crankshaft; variable ignition time; ignition energy and distribution is sent to primary side of ignition coil via the computer control; long time used industrial spark plug, durable Teflon spark plug online equipment; the ignition energy is cushioned by 24V battery.
燃气发动机发电机组和辅助设备
1 工艺流程
利用煤矿井下的瓦斯为燃料,采用燃气发动机发电机组发电。燃气发动机的高温尾气可进入余热锅炉产生蒸汽,供热。实现热电联供。
2 供货总的要求
1)卖方提供燃气发动机发电机组和辅助设备,包括燃气发动机、发电机、发电机组控制屏、并机系统、燃气发动机电动机控制中心(MCC)、仪表和阀门等,并安装成为集装箱式成套装置,保证用户连接上燃料、水、电后机组能正常运行。
2)所供燃气发动机组适用于本规格书《附件2-1总则》之1.4和1.5条款规定的瓦斯燃料,且保证性能可靠、结构合理、选型正确、热效率高、能满足额定负荷下连续安全生产的要求。
3)投标人保证提供设备为全新的、先进的、成熟的、完整的和安全可靠的,并符合本技术规范规定的技术和性能要求。

3.1.发电机组基本供货范围
3.1.1 TCG 2032 V 16发动机
现代化的4 冲程OTTO 式,稀薄燃烧固定式发动机,V 型结构,水冷,废气涡轮增压,混和气体冷却。旋转方向按照DIN6265 为逆时针方向(面对飞轮端看)。
Crankcase 曲轴箱球墨铸铁曲轴箱及缸套冷却水,加强侧壁提高了抗扭抗弯能力及对角螺栓紧固轴承块;悬挂式轴承;短而且不交叉的润滑油以中空的凸轮轴作为主油道为各润滑点提供充足的润滑油;侧开式曲轴箱观察窗方便拆装;湿式高抗磨缸套,离心铸造而成;不变形的对称式旋转衬套支撑;油气分离器式曲轴箱通风系统。
Power unit 齿轮室
曲轴由铬钼钢制造,带有螺栓紧固配重,主轴承及活塞连杆轴承处硬化处理;连杆整体由合金钢锻造而成,带有倾斜齿型连接面;活塞连杆和活塞润滑通过曲轴连杆中心孔油道实现;;梯形活塞连杆轴承减轻活塞负荷;活塞导向,一体化电子束焊接的轻金属活塞,带有非对称凸型压缩环,二道气环和顶部倒角管状弹簧环;所有的活塞环带有高强耐磨铬合金外套;主轴承,配对轴承作为预安装轴承由耐磨和耐腐蚀合金制造,阴极溅射技术处理表面;凸轮轴由高强度钢制造,轴承和凸轮经过硬化处理,轴承瓦由铝合金制造,齿轮驱动;球磨铸铁飞轮(GGG-50)。
Cylinder head 缸盖
单个缸盖,特种铸铁制造,带有中间层和冷却通道的燃烧室隔板,降低机械及热负荷;4 气门及阀门座
圈,排气阀门座圈经水冷并加固;混合气体经V 型室分配管路进入;由缸盖,衬套和带有活塞,连杆和进气排气润滑及冷却管道的中间箱组成的单元,方便安装及维护;废气经过废气总管排出;火花塞中央布置在燃烧室内,带有加强型冷却座。
Valve train 气门驱动机构
分别在V 型箱两侧缸体安置的齿型驱动凸轮轴,凸轮轴由多个部件构成,中心开孔,作为主润滑油道;经过蘑菇型挺柱和停止连杆的动作打开和关闭2 个进气和排气阀,肘节杆和阀桥;O 型油封封闭阀门杆。
Ignition 点火
微处理器控制的高压点火系统带有低压分电,每缸一个点火线圈,没有运动部件,没有磨损,由安装在飞轮上的一个冕型齿轮和安装在曲轴上的一个反馈器来触发,可变的点火时间,点火能量和分配经过电脑控制到点火线圈初级端,长时间使用的工业用火花塞,持久的特氟纶火花塞联机器,点火能量由24V 电池缓冲。
