Each cylinder is provided with one knocking sensor and of single cylinder ignition independent control; adjustable air-fuel mixing ratio and power ensuring the emission requirement and smooth operation of engine under high power output
Fuel mixture generation 燃料混合气
Air enters into the mixer via paper dry-type air cleaner (with visible maintenance indicator); the fuel gas enters via the safety control system; volume of air and fire gases are adjusted via multi- gasses mixer of MWM GmbH.
Fuel mixture charging 混合气增压
Two exhaust gas turbochargers suck air and fuel gas from the fuel gas mixer at subatmospheric pressure; then the gaseous mixture is compressed and is cooled down via two-stage mixing cooler (the low temperature end is in independent cooling circuit); the power regulation is realized by controlling the air input via the rotary throttle at each side of cylinder;
Gas mixture control and monitoring 混合气体监控
The servo-actuator above the fuel gas mixer regulates and monitors the air-fuel mixing according to the temperature of combustion chamber (one temperature sensor per cylinder) and the output power/rotation speed collected to MWM GmbH TEM control system.
Starter 启动马达
The pneumatic motor built-in with change gear is provided with 24V electromagnetic valve and is attached in the body in flange form. The dropping equipment with ball valve and filter element; inlet gas interface with pneumatic barring tool; the electro-pneumatic interface used in controlling the natural gas voltage regulating system is supplied; the flange is mounted on the body. The working pressure is 16-30bar and the flow is 800 dm3/s.
Lubricating oil system 润滑系统
The gear wheel pump supplies the pressure oil; the engine oil is cooled down via separate loop; the filter element is on the main office; the fine filter is installed on the bypath oil passage; automatic oiling; the auto pre-oiling and waste oil evacuation is realized by the same electro-motor; afterheat of engine oil is realized by separate circulating pump and plate-type heat exchanger (the heat comes from the preheating of jacket water).
Cooling water connections 冷却管道链接
The rubber compensator with companion flange is used to connect the engine water pipeline
Exhaust gas connection 排气管链接
Two pairs of stainless steel compensators with clamping device and butt welding flange are connected with the gas exhaust piping
Sensors/actuating elements and cabling 传感器/执行器/电缆
Sensors: cooling water temperature sensor, inlet temperature sensor, mixture temperature sensor, oil temperature sensor, fuel level sensor, oil pressure sensor, speed sensor, chamber temperature sensor, discharge temperature sensor, exhaust gas blower speed sensor, crankcase pressure sensor, start-up gas pressure sensor, mixer position feedback, knocking sensor. Actuator: throttle servo motor, mixer servomotor, coolant preheating control. Cable of the ignition coil is arranged centrally with one built-in cable tray and one quick plug joint on each side.
Engine test run 发动机运行实验
The engine is tested in the manufacture plant; the test is made on the calibrated test bench. The test report will be included in the attachment paper.

Fix the engine to carry out the leakage test and record the measurement data

Experimental data record rotation speed, brake pressure, power output, fuel gas consumption (efficiency), adjuster, exhaust temperature, inlet temperature, lubricating oil pressure, lubricating oil temperature, cooling water pressure, cooling water temperature and pressure at high temperature end, cooling water temperature and pressure at low temperature end, pressure of combination gas, temperature of combination gas behind supercharger and cooler, volume of exhaust emission (% O2 dry, mg/m3 i.N. NOx)。
Preservation 存储
Standard preservation of motor is to prevent the corrosion during the transportation and the damage after arriving on site. Max. retention period in the closed dry room after the delivery is 6 months.

Fuel mixture charging 混合气增压
两台尾气涡轮增压器在低于大气压的压力下从燃气混合器中吸入空气和燃气;然后压缩混合气体;再经两级混合冷却器上冷却(低温端在独立冷却回路中);通过每侧缸的回转节流阀控制进气量以实现功率调节。

燃气混合器上面的伺服电机根据燃烧室的温度(每缸一个温度传感器)和根据被汇总到MWM GmbH TEM
控制系统的输出功率/转速来调节和监视空气-燃气的混合。
Starter 启动马达
内置变速齿轮的气动马达,带24V电磁阀,法兰式联接在机体上。带球阀和滤芯的降压装置;带气动盘车工具进气接口;提供天然气调压系统控制用电动气动接口,法兰安装于机体上。工作压力16-30bar, 流量800 dm3/s.
Lubricating oil system 润滑系统
齿轮泵提供压力滑油;机油通过单独环路冷却;滤芯在主油道上,旁通油道上安装精滤;自动加油;通过同一电动马达进行自动预润滑和废油排空;机油余热通过单独的循环泵和板式换热器实现(热量来自缸套水预热)。

带配对法兰的橡胶补偿器用来连接发动机冷却水管路
Exhaust gas connection 排气管链接
2 副带夹紧装置及对焊法兰的不锈钢制补偿器与排气管路连接。
Sensors/actuating elements and cabling 传感器/执行器/电缆
传感器:冷却水温度传感器,进气温度传感器,混合气温度传感器,油温传感器,油位传感器,油压传感器,转速传感器,燃烧室温度传感器,排气温度传感器,尾气增压器转速传感器,曲轴箱压力传感器,启动气压传感器,混合器位置反馈,爆震传感器。执行器:节气门司服马达,混合器伺服马达,冷却液预热控制。点火线圈电缆中央布置,两侧各带一内置电缆排,快速插拔接头。
Engine test run 发动机运行实验
发动机在制造工厂里面进行试验,试验在经校正的试验台架上进行。试验报告将包含在随机文件中。

Preservation 存储
