Design 设计
The generator is mainly composed of main motor as inner polar and an external excitation motor. The power supply of the voltage conditioner should be achieved according to the rated voltage. In addition, one auxiliary excitation motor is provided.
Stator 定子
The stator housing adopts the welded structure. The stator is hydraulically pressed and is made of low-loss stalloy and pressed by jack pad. This structure meets the structure rigidity requirement of diesel generating set. According to VDE0530/IEC34, insulation grade of the stator winding is F. The coil head and the switch connection adopt reliable connecting type for mechanical fixation to avoid the influence of dynamics load caused by electro repulsion.
Rotor 转子
The rotor is composed of rotor shaft and master pulse wheel. The salient pole type designed master pulse wheel is made of hydraulic compressed tablets or steel plate. The copper damper cage is installed as standard and is connected with the pole shoe and each element electron. The main rotor is composed of flat sheet copper to effectively protect the damage caused by the centrifugal force via related components. According to VDE 0530/IEC 34, insulation grade of the rotor winding is F. According to chapter 34 of VDE 0530/IEC 34, the rotor is balanced by half diving key.
Bearing shields 轴承护套
The axial boots is welded by cast iron and the generator is arranged at bottom of the bearing according to the design.
Storage 布置
Rolling bearing at the driven end is of the sliding design and the other end is of fixing design.

Power factor setting: power factor balancing

Design 设计
发电机主要由做为内极的主电机和一个外部的励磁电机组成。电压调节器的电力供应将根据额定电压实现。此外配备一个辅助励磁电机。
Stator 定子
定子外壳采用焊接结构。定子由液压压制而成,低损耗的硅钢片构成,并通过承压盘压制成一整体。这种结构达到了柴油发电机组所要求的结构刚性要求。定子绕组绝缘等级F,依照VDE0530/IEC34。线圈头及开关连接采用可靠的连接方式机械固定,保证免受电动斥力引起的动态负荷的影响。
Rotor 转子
转子由转子轴和主脉冲轮组成。凸极式设计的主脉冲轮由液压压制片或钢板组成。铜制阻尼笼做为标配安装,与极靴及各电极电子相连。主转子由扁平铜片构成,通过相关组件有效防护离心力产生的损害。转子绕组绝缘等级为F,依照VDE 0530/IEC 34。转子经半个滑键平衡,依照VDE 0530/IEC 34,34 章。

轴承护套由铸铁焊接而成,根据设计发电机支脚安排在轴承下部。
Storage 布置
驱动端滚动轴承为滑动设计,另一端为固定设计。
