The underframe is of the torsion resistant bending rigidity structure design used to support the engine and the generator. Elastic support rack is installed under the underframe.

The high elasticity axial flange coupling connects the engine and the transmission case flexibly. The disc type rubber buffers the rotation vibration in maximization. This rubber can be replaced radially. High torsional resistance multidisc clutch realizes the effective torque transmission between the transmission case and the generator. The safety device protecting against the high strength torque is installed on this clutch to neutralize axial, radial and axial angle deviation without friction.

It is installed in an oil tank connected with the underframe tank. The fuel level gauge is provided in this oil tank to monitor the Max. and Min. level and give out the signal to control the oil pump valve so as to realize the auto supply of lubricating oil.

The pre-lubrication is realized via the motor pump; the same pump and one three-way valve are used to realize the emptying of lubricating oil.

Preheating to coolant and lubricating oil is realized via the electro circulating pump. The heating power is 18kW. It is installed on the unit body and is provided with all pipelines and filters.

Part listed in the following are supplied as spare parts without pre-mounting.

One set of maintenance free steel elastic support, adjustable in height. The client can adjust the generator unit during the installation in situ conveniently. Effect of air preheating system is to guarantee the consistency of engine inlet temperature. Parts listed below belong to the scope of supply and are supplies in bulk.

It is composed of 2 sets air afterheat units with one set on each side and the integrated air-water heat exchanger and 4 plate type air filter cartridges installed inside it. The filter cartridge can be replaced quickly without any tool needed. The filter cartridge shell is provided with the indicating meter to display the current life state of the filter cartridge.
