[TKS] Desktop heat exchanger control (2x9 grade, two separate coolers) of mixer cooling circulation and engine cooling circulation or emergency cooling circulation, or control of sandwich cooler are classified as step-by-step control (Max. 17 level) or frequency modulation control.

[32M] 32 parametrization information: 16 digital input information is expanded to 32; diversification of digitizing input and parameter configuration ensure that error, warning or other information special for each generator set are transmitted to TEM EVO system. Thereby it is more simple in unit monitor and more clear in recording the operation log. The parametrization information is introduced to i/o module of auxiliary power switch cabinet as a potential-free contactor.

[CH4] Methane detection function

[RL1] Indoor temperature monitor: indoor temperature is regulated via gaseous mixture or frequency conversion cooler. Air exhaust and inlet valves are controlled to guarantee the set value of temperature continuously. Display (display screen, history, parallel connection) and monitor the temperature and gives out the warning in case of the set value having been exceeded.

[MRTU] Modbus RTU: Serial port link; modbus RTY communication protocol is used to carry out the data exchange via RS485 and one superior control or control system. Modbus master can compare the present situation via TEM-EVO, feedback the warning and the error as well as send the set value or the instruction to TEM-EVO. (substituting standard SER function)

[CON] Converter from TTY to RS232: converter from TTY to RS232 is used for plant complex control under the condition of no TTY interface. The exterior converter should be arranged near the superior control (Max. 3m).

[BR] One touch display screen (15" color screen) can be used to carry out the operation conveniently; USB interface is used in printer, key and memory strip.

One intelligent operation terminal can enter into all functions and ensures the easy operation; the operation terminal has 15" total color display and touch control panel. Friendly used TEM is convenient in usage especially on the application user interface. All operation, maintenance, control and monitor functions can be used easily with no long-term acquaintance required.

The operating unit can be mounted directly in the generator room or in the control room 100m from the generator set. One control terminal is used for each generator set or one central control terminal is used for all generator sets.

Users can use native language to communicate with the system. Only one key is used to activate the required language. Certainly during the commissioning, language different from that used by operator can be selected for manual operation. All information and operator mode will be displayed on the menu "data and manual control" (Fig.1) (the following information may include the options).

Operation diary 操作日志

Electronic record of TEM EVO system (Fig.3) definite the record of fuel gas generator set and peripheral equipment. All operator message and operational process (including modification condition of parameters) are recorded timely.

The overall TEM EVO system can monitor and distinguish 600 events, which can analyze the unit performance as well as the operating condition of auxiliary equipments controlled by TEM quickly and detailedly.

Histories 历史记录

The history function can record 84 measured values; Max. 18 measurement curves can be displayed in one composite diagram. Users can compile the curve. History of TEM EVO metering includes the following 3 conditions:

Working cycle history, recording present value of each duty cycle (one working cycle is 2 rotations of crankshaft)

6 minutes of history record, recording the present value per second

40 hours of record, recording the average value curve per 6 minutes; cursor can be used for tracking. Each measured value displayed is the numerical value corresponding to time. Provided the failure occurs, the record will stop automatically after 40 seconds to diagnose the error. The real time recording function can monitor the measurement value and the regulatory function continuously. This measured value can be stored for future analyses or reread.

Diagnosis/service functions 诊断/服务功能

TEM EVO system also includes high class diagnose and maintenance functions in addition to history value and operation record. These functions enhance the suitability of gas engine module furthermore. The commissioning is convenient and quick owing to these functions, which take decisive effect to overall efficiency of the generator set.

Diagnose and maintenance functions consist in:

操作单元可以按照要求直接安装在发电机房或者安装在离发电机组100 米的控制室，每一台发电机组一个控制终端或者所有发电机组使用一个中央控制终端都可以。

用户可以与系统使用自己国家的语言进行交流，选择想要的语言仅仅按一个键就可以激活，当然在调试时，可能选择和操作人员使用的语言不同的语言进行（手动操作的所有信息和操作模式都清晰地显示在界面“数据和手动控制”（图1）（下列信息中包含有可选项）。

在整个TEM EVO 系统中能够监视和辨别600 中事件，这就使得快速和详细地分析机组的性能和经过TEM 控制的辅助设备的运行情况。

Histories 历史记录

历史功能能够记录84 个测量值，最多18条测量曲线能在一个合成图表中显示。用户可以编制曲线。TEM EVO

计量的历史在下面3 个情况下：

工作循环历史，纪录每一个工作循环的当前值（1 工作循环为：曲轴转2 圈）

6 分钟的历史纪录，按照每一秒钟纪录当前值

40 小时纪录，纪录每6 分钟的平均值

曲线可以使用光标来跟踪，每一个显示的测量值都是与时间对应的数字值，如果出现了故障，为了诊断错误，40 秒钟后纪录就会自动停止。实时纪录功能能够连续的监视测量值和调节功能。这些测量的数值可以储存用于以后的分析或重读。
