3.2.3.1 Intercooling system 混合端冷却系统(GK)
In the composite cooling system, the heat produced by the compression from burning a gas mixture in a waste gas turbocharger is transferred to one heat exchanger designed specially. The heat at the first stage (high temperature) is integrated in the engine’s cooling loop. The heat is removed at the second stage (low temperature) and passes the independent cooling loop because the temperature here is relatively low.
Mixing-end cooling system supply scope:

The cooling liquid / air cooler are used for sending out the heat of the mixing cooling loop to the air. The cooling water is furnished with an antifreeze solution whose antifreeze agent content is 33%, including:
A water- air radiator panel
Galvanized steel plate jacket, with a ventilation duct and meeting the aerodynamic principle
Axial low noise, static and dynamic equilibrium, driven by a three-phase motor
The steel seat is used for horizontal installation

The array design involves the one-step uniform-speed individual dry-type centrifugal pump, for the purpose of pipeline installation, with pressure circulation, with the shaft seal disregarding rotation directions, and with the impeller protected from cavitation erosion. The cooling water is designed to use an antifreeze solution whose antifreeze agent content is 33%.

The diaphragm relief valve has independent fixed sealing and can use a rotating handle for ventilation. Its housing is made of hot-pressed brass and red metal, its protruding cap is made of zinc and hot-pressed brass or cast brass, its inside is of structural steel Ms 58, its diaphragm and sealing uses infusible and non-aging rubber, and its spring is made of stainless steel.
