Central system control

Central system control 中央控制柜
Control panel designed / Basic supply scope:
Single-frame equipment cabinet, with a front door of steel sheet, thermostatical switch- control cabinet ventilation device, equipment cabinet lamp with a maintenance socket, fixed in wiring diagram pocket behind the door
Protection-type IP42 rubber-sealing door, painted grey according to RAL 7035; the cable can be led in from the top or the bottom, the entry cable strain is dispelled, with earth bolts
The design is in accordance with DIN EN 60439-1 Part 500, ambient temperature +5 to +40 ℃, the electric shock protection is accordance with BGVA 3, with white labels having boldface types
Dimensions: Rittal TS system, height 2,000 + 200 base, depth 600 mm, width at least 800  mm.
The following parts will be installed in the public control cabinet.
Programmable logic controller (PLC ), whose pattern is Siemens Simatic S7-300, with 24 V DC overvoltage protection, and one Siemens TP177B (5.4 in ) touch panel, to be installed on the front door of the public control panel.
PLC can be programmed for the following basic functions:
Choose a gas generating set through the contacts of a customer control system (ZLT), from the power (two-point control) of the factory, or temperature requirements (heat control operation).
Carry on heat control operation through the PT 100 temperature sensor and in accordance with the temperature of the returning heating water. Start or stop the module according to the heat requirements, including the choice of at most 2 peak-period boilers required for extra temperature.
The data is transmitted to the Simatic S7 PLC from TEM via the TTY interface.
Via bus Profibus DP or CAN-Bus interface, the data is transmitted to the Simatic S7 PLC from the multi-functional relay of the generator.
Show all the visual operation and fault messages of the gas generating set, on the TP 177B touch panel (in German / English).
Average the operating hours of all the modules for the same operating time (realized through choosing different generating sets).
Extra display and record of all module fault information sets
Distribution demonstration (at most for 16 pieces /to be confirmed separately for each item):
Fuse box movements of the central control system
Overvoltage/Undervoltage fault
Overfrequency/Underfrequency fault
Power supply / phase vector shift fault
Main power coupling switch-on / trip

Control of the main net circuit breaker, when necessary, with AC generator coupling switch control
In the island-parallel operation, the gas generating set depends on load starting and shutdown (30% of the minimum power of each generating set, the power kept for the extra consumption of load added during the start of the generator set, etc)
 
Share the effective load between the running MWM generator sets
After the main network is energized and re-stabilized, synchronizing again with the parallel operation of the main network
Switchover of the auxiliary panel power supplies (2 separate power supplies) 
 
It is essential to offer a customer’s single line and to be in accordance with MWM’s load step. The starting power of the electricity-using equipment is greatly related to the load step.
Compressor control of all module compressed-air supply system
Control of 400 V compressed-air supply system (electric compressor ) (starting in the star- triangle mode), including the control over automatic water drainage and "overload" fault messages, the monitoring of the oil pressure of the governor during the running of the compressor. When necessary, the gas generator set will be shut down, and then, the fault message of "Low Oil Pressure" will be shown.
 
Installation of all module warning systems
Installation of the gas warning system (The sensor and gas warning system are not to be supplied by the switchgear manufacturers and shall be ordered by MWM alone)
The main fuse of the auxiliary power supply led out from the main power grid, about xxA ,  3 poles
The treatment of the fault messages sent out from the gas warning system (At the 1st stage, all air blowers are turned on, sending warns to the TEM additional fault message system. /At the second stage, the gas generator set will have an urgent shut-down, the main fuse of the 400 V auxiliary power supply shall be opened, sending the shut-down message of the generator to the TEM’s additional fault message system.)
Carry on visualization display of all operation messages and fault messages of the gas generator set (TEM and generator data) on the 256-color Siemens MP colored picture touch screen.
Specifications: 10 inches (Not applicable to TP 177B in the basic display range)

The electric single-line diagram of the whole system, the generator set, AC generator and main power transformer are expressed with symbols.
The hydraulic flow chart indicates the most important data from TEM and AC generator; the visualization of the desk-top radiators of the mixed cooling loop /emergency cooling loop, and the visualization of the ventilation equipment and lubricating oil supply system.
All module status display (open/close /fault, etc.)
Offering central display of all operation messages and fault messages that are sent through interfaces and that coming from TEM modules (gas engine) and multi-functional relays (AC generator), and all other necessary settings,/disposition of controllers, etc (language and user’s management)
Communication interface
Interface: The industrial Ethernet, to a customer's control system (including an interface terminal), transmits all measured values, and gas generator set alarm messages from TEM EVO and multi-functional relays. The interface will be designed as a slave system.
