5. Operation Requirements
5.1. General
1) For the rated power of TCG2032V16, the gas in Clause 1.5 of this specification is fuel. The onsite elevation shall not exceed 1000m above sea level, the ambient temperature will be 400C, relative humidity, 80%, and under the condition that the power factor is 0.8, the electric power outputted from the generator terminal is 4000kW.
2) After the optimizing selection, a bidder shall offer 38 TCG2032V16 gas engines, to be arranged in 4 groups in stipulated areas of the project site. The rated power of the unit of the generator set shall be 4000kW.
3)A scheme for the arrangement of a gas engine set offered by a bidder shall meet the requirements for the bidding documents, namely, the equipment being arranged compactly, leaving the space for expansion, reserving the position for installing heat recovery boilers.
4) For the gas engine set container, noise reduction measures shall be considered.
5) The Instructions for Use of the Generator Set:
a) The generator set shall run with the linkage of a power grid but shall be qualified to operate independently.
b) The generator set shall has a basic load but possess the performance of running steadily with the varying load in this range of 30~100% of the rated load.
c) The generator set shall be able to run steadily in the frequency change range of 48.5~50.5Hz.
d) With the gas fuel whose methane concentration is 30% and above, the generator set shall be able to run with the rated load.
6) The gas engine set and its auxiliary equipment shall use the PLC parallel-operation system for coordination and control.
7) The heat from the jacket water of a gas engine shall be fully utilized and a module for jacket water waste-heat utilization and control shall be reserved.
5.2. Main Technical Parameters of the Generator Set
5.2.1 Gas Engine
1) Generator set pattern: High-energy ignition-type gas engine set with four strokes, water-cooling, and cooling and air intake after pressurization.
*2) Rated power of the generator set: 4116kW (mechanical output power).
3) Intake pressure: 20~30kPa (with air fuel ratio control)
*4)Emission standard: Low NOX emission, Ox≤1.50g/kWh, complying with EuroV standards.
5) Simple circulation power generation heat efficiency: 42.3%.
6) Heat rate: <8.27MJ/kWh (relative to mechanical output power)
6) Heat rate: <8.51MJ/kWh (relative to the output power of generating electricity)
7) Fuel: The gas (CMM ) released in the pit; For the typical gas compositions, see Clause 2.5.1 of this technical specification.
*8)While running at the rated parameters and while an individual and all the factory's generator sets run , the requirements for noise shall comply with the relevant stipulations of the ISO standards, namely ISO 3744 , 3746 , 4871 , 6081, and meanwhile, meet the requirements in China's environmental protection standards.
5.2.2 Generator Set

3) Power factor: 0.8 (lagging)

5) Excitation mode: Brushless permanent magnetism excitation

5 运行要求
5.1 总则
1) TCG2032V16的额定功率在本规格书 “1.5”条款的瓦斯为燃料、现场标高为海拔不超过1000m、环境温度为400C、相对湿度为80%、功率因数为0.8的条件下,发电机端输出的电功率为4000kW。
2) 投标人经过优化选择后提供38台TCG2032V16燃气发动机,分4组布置在项目现场规定区域。发电机组单机的额定功率为4000kW。
3) 投标人提供的燃气发动机组布置方案满足招标文件要求,即设备布置紧凑,并留有扩展空间,预留余热锅炉安装位置。
4) 燃气发动机组集装箱考虑降噪措施。
5) 机组使用要求:
e) 机组与电网联网运行,但也具备独立运行的条件。
f) 机组带基本负荷,但具备在30~100%额定负荷范围内变负荷稳定运行的性能。
g) 在频率变化范围48.5~50.5Hz之间,机组能稳定运行。
h) 在甲烷浓度30%及以上的瓦斯燃料时,机组能在额定负荷运行。
6) 燃气发动机组及辅助设备应采用PLC并机系统进行协调控制。
7) 充分利用燃气发动机缸套水的热量,预留缸套水余热利用控制模块。
5.2 机组的主要技术参数
5.2.1 燃气发动机
1)机组型式:四冲程,水冷,增压后冷却进气,高能点火式燃气发动机组。
*2)机组额定功率:4116kW(机械输出功率)。
3)进气压力:20~30kPa(带空燃比控制)
*4)排放标准:低NOX排放,NOx≤1.50g/kWh,符合欧V(EuroV)标准。
5)简单循环发电热效率:42.3%。
6)热耗:<8.27MJ/kWh(相对机械输出功率)
