5.2.3. Description of TCG2032V16 Containerized Unit System
The Contents Clarified for the Fourth Time
5.2.3.1. For the part of the container
1、 For the container base, 25# channel steel shall be used as the longitudinal beams, 20# channel steel shall be used as the crossbeams, 5mm-thick checkered steel plate shall be spread. On the baseplate, 2 300*30*11000mm steel plates shall be welded as the platform of the foundation of the generator and for the generator to go in and out.
2、For the container wallboard, 100*100 seamless square pipes shall be used as the skeleton whose inside is filled with sound-absorbing material, and 3mm-thick steel plate shall be used as the panel, and after bending processing, shall be welded with the skeleton.
3、For the roof, 100*100 square pipes shall be used as the skeleton, with the interval of about 750mm. On the top, 3mm steel plate shall be spread as the faceplate, which shall be welded with the skeleton. The top shall use caulk welding.
4、At the side of the engine in the container, a control chamber shall be made, with an area of about 8㎡. The thickness of its partition wall shall be 50mm, and the noise in the control chamber shall be less than 90 decibels. On the floor of the control chamber, slip-resistant rubber insulating board shall be spread. An air conditioner shall be installed to control the indoor temperature.
5、The front right side and left rear side of the engine in the container shall each have a sound-insulation door with the dimensions of 1920x920mm and thickness of 50mm. Between the engine chamber and the control chamber, there shall be a door with the dimensions of 940x1950mm and thickness of 50mm. The control chamber shall have another door leading to outdoors, with the same dimensions as the above. Each door shall be furnished with the same keys and shall be able to be opened inward or outward at any time.
6、The baseplate of the container shall involve total seal welding and form one oil sump whose volume is about 3000L so as to prevent oil and water from escaping and polluting the environment.
7、The dimensions of the container shall be 18000*4000*5600mm. For convenient transportation, it shall be made in two sections, upper and lower, and assembled after being transported to the scene. The upper and lower interfaces shall involve the flange type for assembly so as to enhance the intensity and waterproof sealing property.
8. The inside of the container shall be equipped with 4 2KW explosion-proof electric heaters in order to keep the indoor temperature in winter.
9. The inside of the container shall be equipped with a simple 0.5- ton moving cart for maintenance. On both sides of the position of the intercooler of the engine, there shall be doors with the dimensions of 3000*1400*100mm, which are to repair the intercooler and are not opened at ordinary times.
10. Maintenance platforms with the dimensions of 4500*900mm shall be set up on both sides of the engine in order to facilitate maintenance and make an inspection tour.
11. On the side of the generator in the container, there shall be full-opening and opposite-opening sound-insulation doors with the thickness of 50mm, for the generator to go in and out.
12. For the wallboard and roof of the container and for the control chamber, 100 mm-thick fireproof and sound-absorbing material shall be spread, and on their outside, fireproof glass fiber cloth and zinc-plated perforated plate shall be spread, which may reduce the outbound noise by more than 50- 6 decibels.
13. All the outlet discharge flanges connecting the engine and the outside shall be arranged on the top or the side of the container, and all the pipelines may be dismantled.
14. The operating temperature of an air-intake fire damper is 70 ℃, and that of an air-exhaust fire damper is 280 ℃. Belimo actuators imported from Germany shall be selected.
15. The container shall be made and completed by a manufacturer in Hebei and transported to the scene in two parts, upper and lower. The lower half shall take its place on the foundation, then, the generator set shall be lifted into the container to take its place, shockproof feet shall installed well, and then, the upper half of the container shall be hoisted, and the bolts shall be locked tightly. And then, such accessories as the top heat-dissipation water tank, exhaust silencer, air-intake rain-proof cover, filter, etc, shall be installed.
16. The connecting pipeline in the container and its top equipment shall be prefabricated in accordance with the drawings. In the proper places, flanges shall be set up. Rust elimination, pairing, welding, polishing, pressure testing, spray coating and labeling shall be done in the factory. The supports for the pipelines, valves and pumps shall also be prefabricated in the factory. Only the flange connection of bolts may be carried out at the scene.
5.2.3 TCG2032V16集装箱机组系统说明

5.2.3.1 集装箱部分
1、集装箱底座采用25#槽钢作纵梁，20#槽钢作横梁，铺5mm厚花纹钢板。在底板上焊接2块300*30*11000mm的钢板作为发电机基础平板，也便于发电机进出。
2、集装箱墙板采用100*100无缝方形管做骨架，内充满吸音材料。3mm厚钢板作面板，折弯加工后与骨架焊接。
3、顶板采用100*100方管做骨架，间距约750mm。上面铺3mm厚钢板做面板，焊接在骨架上。顶部全部密封焊。
4、在集装箱发动机侧隔出控制室，面积约8㎡，隔墙厚度50mm，控制室内噪音小于90分贝。控制室底板铺防滑橡胶绝缘板，装空调控制室内温度。
5、集装箱发动机室前右侧和左后侧分别开一个隔音门，尺寸为1920x920mm，厚度50mm。发动机室与控制室之间开一个门，尺寸为940x1950mm。厚50mm。控制室另开一个门通往室外尺寸相同。每个门需配备相同的钥匙，且在任何时候内外均能打开。
6、集装箱底板全密封焊接，形成容积约3000L的油盆，防止油水外泄污染环境。
7、集装箱尺寸为18000*4000*5600mm，为方便运输，分上下两段制作，运输至现场后组装。上下接口采用法兰式组装，提高强度及防水密封性能。
8、集装箱内设置4个2KW防爆式电暖器，以便冬天保持室内温度。
9、集装箱内设置简易0.5吨行车，以便于维修。在发动机中冷器位置两侧分别开门，尺寸为3000*1400*100mm，此门专为维修中冷器设置，平时不开。
10、在发动机两侧设修平台，尺寸为4500*900mm，以方便维修巡视。
11、在集装箱发电机侧设全开对开隔音门，厚度为50mm，用于发电机组进出。
12、在集装箱墙板及顶板和控制室覆100mm厚防火吸音材料，外覆防火玻纤布及镀锌冲孔板。可降低外传噪音50—60分贝以上。
13、 发动机与外部连接的所有出口法兰均布置在集装箱顶或侧面，所有管道均可拆卸。
14、 进风防火阀动作温度70℃，排风防火阀动作温度280℃，均选用德国进口博力谋执行器。
15、 集装箱在河北生产厂家制作完成，分上下两部分运至现场，先将下半部分在基础上就位，再将发电机组吊入集装箱就位，装好避震脚，再吊装上半部分集装箱，锁紧螺栓。后安装箱顶散热水箱，排气消声器，进风防雨罩及滤器等附件。
16、 集装箱内以及和箱顶设备的连接管道根据图纸预制完成，在适当的地方设置法兰，在工厂内除锈、组对、焊接、打磨、试压、喷涂、标示。管道、阀门、泵的支架也在工厂预制完成。在现场仅进行螺栓的法兰连接。 原件下载：
