5.2.3.5. Starting Air System
1、The generating set shall use 3MPa compressed air for starting.
2、The starting air bottle and air compressor shall be set up in a special-purpose container, and every 10 generating sets shall be equipped with one set.
3、40-feet standard containers shall be adopted. The inside shall have two 6000L air bottles and 3 11KW air compressors. The start and stop of an air compressor shall be automatically controlled by a pressure switch.
4、An air compressor, air bottle, relevant instruments and valves shall all be installed in the container, and air outlets shall be on the wallboard of the container.
5、The inside of the container shall have a system of ventilation and noise suppression, and 2 2KW electric heaters so as to be beneficial to keeping the temperature in the container.
6、The starting air shall be connected with engine through one DN150 main pipe and DN40 branch pipe.
7、The low part of the air bottle and pipeline shall have automatic drain valves. The places for a pipe to enter the machine and to leave the air bottle shall have cut-off valves, and relief valves shall be installed on the air bottle and pipeline.
5.2.3.6. Lubricating Oil Adding System
1、Lubricating oil shall be added in the way of concentrated oil supply, and there shall be a oil supply system for every 10 generating sets.
2、The concentrated oil supply system shall be installed in a 20-feet standard container. The volume of a fresh oil tank is 10000L and that of a waste oil tank is 5000L.
3、An oil tank shall be made of carbon steel plate. Its inside shall be cleaned out and shall have antirust treatment. The oil tank shall be equipped with a liquid level meter and automatic temperature-control electric heater, and its outside shall be of heat insulation. The top of the oil tank shall have a manhole and breathing device. The inside of the container shall have two 2KW electric heaters.
4、For fresh oil to be supplemented, there shall be two 4KW oil pumps, manual and automatic, one being in use and one being standby.
5、Lubricating oil being added shall be connected to the engine through DN50 pipe and the 10 generating sets shall be connected in parallel. The pipeline shall be # 304 stainless steel pipe and of raised installation, with heat insulation treatment.
5.2.3.7. Spray-Coating and Signs
1、Before making a container, all materials shall be degreased and de-rusted by sandblast, and after making it, the welded surface shall be cleared up and polished.
2、The whole container shall be sprayed with 80um of zinc-rich anticorrosion priming paint.
3、The outer surface of the floor shall be sprayed with 80um of anticorrosive and protective coating, and the interior surface of the floor shall be sprayed with 80um of seepage-proof oil coating.
4、The inside of the container shall be sprayed with silvery antirust paint, and the outside and the top shall be sprayed with RAL5010 (If a customer has other requirements, the color shall be determined by the customer.).
5、The cooling water pipe shall be sprayed with RAL5010, the gas pipe, with RAL1021, and the lubricating oil pipe, with RAL8001.
6、On the outside the container, white lustrous paint shall be used to spray and make an MWM sign and a Liyu sign and contact ways.
7、The stainless steel pipe does not need spray-coating but shall use color rings for distinguishing indication.
8、On a container door, such danger symbols as for hearing protection, dangerous place, pacemaker and staff only shall be stuck.
9、Outside the door, "Keep Closing the Door" shall be put up. All the pipes shall indicate a loop, medium and flow direction.
5.2.3.5启动空气系统
1、机组采用3MPa压缩空气启动。
2、启动空气瓶及空压机设置在专用集装箱内,每10台机组配置一套。
3、采用40尺标准集装箱,内设两个6000L空气瓶及3台11KW空压机。空压机由压力开关自动控制启停。
4、空压机、空气瓶及相关仪表阀门全部安装于集装箱内,空气出口在集装箱墙板上。
5、集装箱内设通风和噪音抑制系统。并设2KW电暖器2台,以利冬天保持箱内温度。
6、启动空气通过一条DN150总管和DN40支管与发动机连接。
7、空气瓶及管道低处设自动疏水阀。管道进机和出空气瓶处设切断阀,空气瓶及管道上均安装安全阀。
5.2.3.6润滑油添加系统
1、润滑油添加采用集中供油方式,每10台机组设一套供油系统。
2、集中供油系统安装于20尺标准集装箱内,新油箱容积10000L,废油箱容积5000L。
3、油箱均用碳钢板材制作,内部清理干净并作防锈处理。油箱安装液位计,自动控温电加热器,外部保温。油箱上部设人孔及呼吸装置。集装箱内设2KW电暖器2台。
4、新油补充设两台4KW油泵,一用一备,手动自动两用。
5、滑油添加通过DN50管道连接发动机,10台机组并联。管道采用304不锈钢管,采用架空安装并作伴热及保温处理。
5.2.3.7喷涂和标志牌
1、集装箱在制作前所有材料除油及喷砂除锈处理,制作后清理焊接表面,打磨。
2、集装箱全位置喷富锌防腐底漆80um。
3、地板外表面喷防腐蚀保护涂层80um,地板内表面喷防渗油涂层80um。
4、集装箱内部喷银色防锈漆,外部及顶部喷RAL5010(如客户另有要求则按客户要求颜色)。
5、冷却水管喷RAL5010,燃气管道喷RAL1021,滑油管喷RAL8001。
6、集装箱外用白色莹光漆喷MWM标志及力宇标志和联系方式。
7、不锈钢管道无需喷涂,以色环做鉴别标示。
8、集装箱门上贴危险提示符号,含听力保护、危险场所、心脏起搏器、非授权人员禁止访问。
9、门外张贴“保持关门”,所有管道注明回路、介质及流向。 原件下载:
