7.1 Testing of the genset

7.1.1 General provisions

1) The Seller must carry out any and all necessary tests and production and operation tests, including tests performed in manufacturer’s factory, construction site tests, tests before production and operation, and performance test of the sets.

2) Various tests must be carried out in line with relevant standards or enterprise standards.

3) All tests shall be recorded and made into performance figures, test data shall prove that performance and quality of equipments delivered comply with requirements of technical specifications.

4) The Seller provides test report on gas engine sets and jointing system.

5) The Seller shall test all equipments and systems, including inspecting the operation of all protection and control system and production of complete set of the devices so as to ensure the compliance with contract requirements.

7.1.2 Inspections and tests performed in manufacturer’s factory

The Seller shall implement ex-factory inspections and tests for the gensets in manufacturer’s factory, and prepare report on these tests. A test report shall include but not limited to:

1) Operating parameters inspection of rated power output (kW) of generator;

2) Operating parameters inspection of rated voltage output (kV) of generator;

3) Speed adjustment inspection under instantaneous and static conditions;

4) Voltage adjustment inspection under instantaneous and static conditions;

5) Alarming operation inspection and shutdown device inspection;

6) Single-step load change inspection under rated power;

7) Hot performance test of speed regulating device;

8) Performance testing of safety monitoring protection device;

9) Startup and shutdown test of gas engine;

10) Load reception and rejection test of gas engine;

11) Test of controlling and operating components;

12) Test of water case preheater of the engine and air heater of the generator;

13) Insulation resistance test of generator;

14) Inspection of distortion factor to output waveform of generator;

15) Determine the steady-state regulation factor, transient-state regulation factor, fluctuation ratio and stabilization time of voltage and frequency;

16) Operational test of gensets:

Operation at 25% loads for 30min;

以100%负载运行60min；

7.1.3 Model test of gensets (prototype inspection)

Engine, gensets and its controls, as a whole sets of product, have passed systematic inspection. Prototype test shall include:

1) Fuel consumption at 1/2, 3/4 and full loads respectively;

2) Speed regulation inspection at 1/2, 3/4 and full load and transient state respectively;

3) Voltage regulation inspection at 1/2, 3/4 and full load and transient state respectively;

4) Emission composition inspection;

5) Inspection of generator output power when starting up the motor;

5) Performing inspection of genset temperature rise in accordance with relevant standards;

6) Harmonic analysis, voltage waveform excursion, and telephone interference system inspection;

7) Short circuit capability inspection of gensets;

8) Performance inspection of cooling system;

9) Torque analysis;

10) Linear vibration analysis;

11) Performing over-speed test at 120% rated revolution and ambient temperature; the time of duration shall not be less than 2 minutes.

7.1.4 On-site genset integrality test

Genset control panel shall perform the test on site in terms of ISO8528 and DIN6280 Standards.

1) Carrying out functional tests in accordance with specifications for control system;

2) Manually and automatically starting up the sets for operation;

3) Manually and automatically operating the power control system;

4) Functional tests of all safety systems included into the sets;

5) Measuring the following parameters at 100%, 75%, and 50% load respectively:

① Frequency                  ② Voltage

③ Current                     ④ Output power of generator

⑤ Power factor                 ⑥ Gas consumption

⑦ Water temperature of cylinder case          ⑧ Voltage rise

⑨ Temperature of mixed gas        ⑩ NO_x emission level

7.2 Quality assurance

1) The Seller has a strict quality assurance system in place to perform an overall quality control, including design, manufacturing, assembly, inspection and testing, for the sake of assuring the product quality of gas engine genset and its auxiliary equipments.

2) The Seller shall take measures to assure equipment quality. Before delivering the products, the Seller shall carry out necessary factory assembly and testing of gas engine gensets and its auxiliary equipments to ensure that all manufacturing processes and materials have no defect, and that all functions of these equipments are consistent with the requirements of tender documents, and that design and processing comply with the requirements of technical specifications.

3)  Equipment manufacturing supervision (inspection)

Before leaving factory and during manufacturing process of gas engine genset, the Seller will send engineering technicians qualified with technical capability and experiences to participate in equipment manufacturing and ex-factory inspection and testing, but this shall not replace or release the tenderer’s responsibilities to equipment quality.

 

 

7.1 机组的测试

7.1.1 一般要求

1）卖方须进行一切所需的测试及投产运行的测试，包括在制造商工厂内进行测试、施工现场的测试、投产运行前的测试以及机组性能测试。

2）各种测试均按有关标准或企业标准规定进行。

3）所有测试均有记录及性能图表，测试资料应证明供货设备性能、质量，符合技术规格的要求。

4）卖方提供燃气发动机组、并车系统的试验报告。

5）卖方测试所有设备及系统，其中包括检查所有保护及控制系统的运行及整套装置的投产运行，满足合同的要求。

7.1.2 机组在制造厂的检测

卖方在发动机组制造厂内对提供的成套发电机组进行出厂检测，提供这些检测的报告证书。检测报告包括但不限于下列内容：

1）发电机额定功率输出（kW）的运行参数检测；

2）发电机额定电压输出（kV）的运行参数检测

3）瞬时和静态时的速度调整检测；

4）瞬时和静态时的电压调整检测；

5）报警运行检测与停机装置的检测；

6）额定功率的单步负载变化检测。

7）调速装置热态性能试验

8）安全监测保护装置的性能试验

9）燃气发动机起动和停止试验

10）燃气发动机带负荷及甩负荷试验

11）控制操作部分的试验

12）发动机水套预加热器、发电机空间加热器调整试验；

13）测试发电机绝缘电阻；

14）检查发电机输出波形畸变率；

15）测定电压及频率稳态调整率、瞬态调整率、波动率、稳定时间；

16）机组的运行试验：

以25%负载运行30min；

以50%负载运行30min；

以75%负载运行30min；

以100%负载运行60min；

7.1.3 机组的型式试验（样机检测）

发动机、发电机组及其控制作为成套产品经过了系统检测。样机试验应包括：

1）分别在1/2负载，3/4负载和满负载时的燃料消耗；

2）分别在1/2负载，3/4负载，满负载和瞬时状态时的速度调整检测；

3）分别在1/2负载，3/4负载，满负载和瞬时状态时的电压调整检测；

4）排放成份检测；

5）马达起动时的发电机输出kVA检测；

5）根据有关标准进行的发电机组温升检测；

6）谐波分析、电压波形偏移和电话干扰系统检测；

7）发电机组短路能力检测；

8）冷却系统性能检测；

9）扭矩分析；

10）线性振动分析；

11）在室温下进行转速为120%额定转速的超速试验的检测，延续时间不少于2min。

7.1.4 在现场的机组整套试验

在现场按ISO8528、DIN6280标准，由机组控制盘进行测试。

1）按控制系统的规范进行功能试验；

2）以手动和自动方式启动运行；

3）以手动和自动方式操作电力控制；

4）机组里所有安全系统的功能的试验；

5）按100%、75%、50%负载测量下列各项数值：

①频率                ②电压

③电流                ④发电机输出功率

⑤功率因数            ⑥燃气消耗

⑦缸套水温度          ⑧升压

⑨混合燃气温度        ⑩NO_x排放量

7.2 质量保证

1）卖方有严格的质量保证体系，对所供的产品在设计、制造、总装、检验及试验等环节进行全面质量控制，以保证燃气发动机发电机组及辅机的产品质量。

2）卖方采取措施确保设备质量。产品交货前，要对燃气发动机发电机组及附属设备进行必要的工厂总装和试验，确定全部制造和材料无缺陷，所有设备功能都与招标文件要求相一致，设计和加工都符合技术规范的要求。

3）设备监造（检验）

燃气发动机发电机组在出厂前和制造过程中，买方将派出具有一定技术水平和经验的工程技术人员，按标准规定参加设备制造和出厂前的检验、试验的监造，但这并不代替和减轻投标人对设备质量的责任。
