The components and accessories of gas pretreatment system are suitable to work in the following operation conditions:
1） The pretreatment system from XXXX adopts the proven processes as pressure control, flow control, temperature control, humidity control, dust control etc. and also allows the possibility of auxiliary processes as safety protection, autocontrol, automatic drain, so that the pretreatment devices can supply gasses of the quality to the requirement of generating set as long as the Owner supply gasses in sufficient quantity and qualified caloricity.
2） The pretreatment system from XXXX is of multi-unit structure type, including 10 independent units. The maintenance of a certain unit will not affect the normal operation of others. On-line switch among the units is allowed in order to minimize impact on the operation of power plant, enhance the availability and reliability of pretreatment, and ensure 7000h continuous operation of generating set per year.
3） It will automatically adapt to the load change of generating set by means of gasses flow control in the pretreatment system. At the initial stage of generating set operation, if it works at part load, single unit fan will run with low frequency in order to satisfy the commissioning of single generator.
4） The pretreatment system from XXXX is proven through extensive application in the coal mines in Yangquan and Jincheng. Key components as booster fan, main motor, frequency converter, main monitors are imported products, system pipeline and valves are made of stainless steel material in order to minimize failure rate of the equipment.
5） The electrical equipment installed inside pretreatment workshop are of explosion proof type. Furthermore inside the workshop are installed gasses leakage detector and ventilation system to real-time monitor the gas concentration inside the workshop: in case gas concentration >0.5%, it will alarm and automatically start ventilation system to replace the air inside factory building; in case gas concentration >1%, it will alarm and stop the pretreatment system.
Flame arrester is mounted at the outlet pipe of pretreatment unit. Safety measures as relief valve and automatic bleeder valve are mounted on the outlet main pipe. The pretreatment workshop is equipped with blast protection and alarm safety system consisting of gas leakage indicator and ventilator. The detailed description is as per attachment 1.
6） After flowing out from extraction station, the gasses will enter into 2 gas tank, from each of which 2 DN1000 pipes connect the pretreatment workshop. The pretreatment system consists of 10 independent units. The main pipe of each pretreatment unit branches into 4 pipes delivering gasses to generating set. Therefore, gas supply or generating will not be stopped, even though a fault occurs to a certain gas tank, one DN1000 gas supply main pipe, one or more pretreatment units.
The inlet pipe of pretreatment unit is connected to flare system, so that the surplus gasses will be burned in the flare system. The gasses with concentration less than 30% will enter direct flare system instead of entering gas tank
When the monitoring device at the outlet of extraction station indicates the quality of gasses is not satisfactory or the flow of gasses is excessive, the pretreatment control system will receive such signal to open the valve leading to flare system and enabling gasses flow into flare tower where the gasses are burned.
7） The pretreatment system from XXXX has the following functions:
(1) Lowering gas dew-point temperature, reducing water vapour content, automatic drain;
(2) Reducing content of solid impurity as dust;
(3) Automatic pressure boost and protection against over pressure, stabilizing gasses pressure, temperature and flow at outlet
(4) On-line monitoring, warning function to ensure safe and reliable running of the system;
(5) Unattended operation, with the function of data acquisition, display and telecommunication.
8） Vibration-proof measures for pipeline: according to national standard, relevant compensator slip/roller support shall be installed along with the pipeline laying; flexible connection will be provided at both ends of the power equipment with vibration in order to prevent vibration transferring to the pipeline.
气体预处理系统的设备及其附件完全适合于在下列条件下运行：
1） XXXX预处理系统采用了压力控制、流量控制、温度控制、湿度控制、粉尘控制等成熟工艺，并有保证这些工艺能够顺利实施的辅助工艺，如安全防护、自动控制、自动排水等工艺，确保气体预处理装置能在业主供气能力充足、热值合格的情况下，满足发电机组对进气品质的要求。
2） XXXX预处理系统为多单元结构形式，共有10个独立单元。单个单元检修维护不影响其他单元正常运行，单元间可实现在线切换，减少对发电厂运行的影响，提高预处理系统的可用率和可靠性，满足发动机组每年连续运转7000h。
3） 通过预处理系统的气体流量控制工艺，自动适应发动机负载变化。当发电机组启动初期，如只有低负荷工作时，单个单元风机低频运行，满足单台发动机调试。
4） XXXX的预处理系统设备选用在阳泉、晋城等多个煤矿均有广泛应用的成熟产品。关键部件加压风机、主电机、变频器、主要监测仪表等采用进口产品，系统管路及阀门采用不锈钢材料，减少设备的故障率。
5） 预处理车间内的电动设备选用防爆型的。同时在预处理车间内设置瓦斯泄漏检测仪和配套通风系统，实时监测车间内的瓦斯浓度：瓦斯浓度＞0.5%，报警自动开启厂房通风系统，置换厂房内的气体；瓦斯浓度＞1%，预处理系统报警停机。
预处理单元出气管设置阻火器，出口母管上设置安全阀和自动放散阀等安全防护措施，预处理车间设置瓦斯检漏仪和通风机组成的厂房防爆报警安全系统。具体描述见本节附件1。
6） 瓦斯由抽放站出来后进入两个储气罐，每个储气罐有两路DN1000的管道接入预处理车间。预处理系统采用10个独立单元，预处理单元母管出来后分4路送往发电机组。因此整个系统中，即使有一个气罐不能正常工作、单路DN1000供气母管出现故障、单个或若干预处理单元出现故障、单路发电机供气母管出现故障等情况，都不会导致全厂停气，无法发电。
预处理入口有管路与火炬系统联结，确保在气量富裕、发电机组用不完的情况下，进入火炬燃烧。或者瓦斯浓度低于30%，不进气罐，直接进火炬燃烧。
在储气罐进气母管与火炬系统相连，当抽放站出口的气体品质和流量监测装置显示气体品质不合格或富裕时，预处理控制系统接受这一信号，开启通往火炬系统的管路阀门，将气体送入火炬塔体燃烧。
7） XXXX预处理系统具备以下功能：
(6) 降低气体的露点温度，减少水蒸气含量、自动排水；
(7) 降低粉尘等固体杂质的含量；
(8) 自动增压和超压保护功能，稳定系统气体的出口压力、温度和流量；
(9) 在线监测、报警功能，保证系统安全可靠的长期运行；
(10) 全自动运行，具备自身数据采集、显示和远程通讯的功能。
8） 管道防震措施：管道铺设安装时，按国家标准设置相应的补偿器、滑/滚动支座；带振动的动力设备前后设置相应的软连接，防止震动传递到管道。
